I often get asked if I ever rest. Some of it is anxiety but mostly trying to provide a better life for my kids than I had growing up. My Parents are addicts, I moved out at 16, homeless for 6 months in high school. I don’t have many skills but work ethic is a choice no matter what you are pursuing. Get after it today! Pursue.Win. Repeat.

Stairway to Strength 🧗‍♂️🔥

FOR TIME:
30 Toes-to-Bar
75 FT KB Front-Rack Walking Lunge
20 Toes-to-Bar
50 FT KB Front-Rack Walking Lunge
10 Toes-to-Bar
25 FT KB Front-Rack Walking Lunge

STIMULUS:
A descending grip, core, and leg burner. Start controlled on the 30 toes-to-bar, stay unbroken as long as possible, then attack the lunges with a strong front-rack position. As the reps and distance drop, the intensity should rise—finish fast and empty the tank.

🎯 Focus: Midline stamina • Grip endurance • Single-leg strength • Pacing
🔥 Goal: Maintain quality movement early, then accelerate through the final round.

CLIMB HIGHER. DIG DEEPER. FINISH STRONG.
