This is why I love running as I know some truly wonderful human beings as you can see in my photos from Sundays Royal Parks HM. Much love for you all ❤️

It has been 9 glorious years of running for me. I don't know how many more years of running I will have but I know I will keep loving every second of it and remain grateful for the opportunities and friends I make along the way. I know who my people are and they know too 👊🏼

It has been a tough year for me so I appreciate those of you who have checked in on me and continue to do so. It is important we support each other through the highs and the lows so thank you my friends 🙏🏼

It was a lovely day today! Sunny and gorgeous day for running!

Pacing sub 2 hours but went into the wrong wave! So had to scramble to the wave in front! Some runners followed me.

Pretty much even split and was talking to a few runners throughout the course but I don’t know when I lost a few of them! A bit sad but in the end 2 was with me and I love to get their thanks. Pacing is such a great thing to do to give back to the runners.

The course is not that simple as there are quite a lot of undulating up and down. And I thought it’s flat!
•

After the event I continued running another 9k and glad 30k is in the bag now! But my body is screaming at me because it’s aching a lot!

Poor glute! Poor old body!

The ball is starting to roll… ⏳

Fastest 5k of the year almost back under sub 20 levels 🤞🏿

Been working on myself for the past couple months and it’s really paying off. Bittersweet being 6 seconds off but after 41 days of continuous running, I’ll take that! 🙏🏿

Was great to be back with the @burgessparkrun family. Happy Independence Day @ugandacrewburgess! 🇺🇬

Earlier this week, we came together as a community to celebrate and Big Up Charlie Dark MBE, founder of Run Dem Crew. @daddydarkrdc 🙌🏿

Charlie reshaped the running community by forming @run.dem.crew in 2007 as an alternative to traditional running clubs. Centring community and youth mentoring, it’s still going strong 19 years later.

His influence extends beyond the London running scene to New York, LA, Paris, Berlin, and beyond. Many run leaders and running crews have been inspired by Charlie and RDC in one way or another.

If you’ve run the London Marathon, chances are you’ve been reenergised by RDC at the legendary Mile 21 cheer zone, bringing vibes, colour and energy.

Big respect to Charlie and Run Dem Crew. ❤️👊🏿

2nd rodeo and I can’t lie, I’m starting to quite enjoy this pacing thing 😬

The FIRST EVER @runshoreditch powered by @saucony_eu and I must say… it was no run of the mill half! 🤭 That one’s for you @simonrphoto missed you on Sunday, waved at your cardboard cut out 😂

Firstly, I was so pleased to be pacing. Always a privilege and a pleasure to take up this role.

What made it even more special was pacing alongside my girl @trailblazergoldentrainerqueen ❤️
I wasn’t feeling 100% myself 😪 so I was really grateful to have someone to share the miles with.

Big love to everyone who ran, cheered, paced, volunteered and brought the energy to Saucony Run Shoreditch Half 🙌🏾

Swim Serpentine 2026

After completing the 1 mile in 2024 and 2 mile in 2025, I went for both the 1 mile and 2 mile on Saturday whoop whoop

What a privilege to be part of the cheer squad watching the @swimmerboltsuk crew take on @dock2docklondon from 1.5K all the way up to 10K 💪🏊‍♀️

The waves before they jumped in.
The smiles coming back.
The BIG smiles getting out. 😁
And a whole lot of cheering in between.

As a very new open water swimmer, I find this community so inspiring. Some of the people out there couldn’t even swim a year ago. And now look at them. ❤️

That’s what I’m quickly learning is so special about open water swimming. Yes, it’s about the distance. But it’s also about the people beside you, the people cheering you on, and a community that makes you believe you might just be capable of a little more than you thought.

So proud of everyone who got in that water on Saturday, whatever the distance. And very happy to have been part of the cheer squad, with a pretty beautiful vantage point to capture just a little bit of the magic. 📣💙

What a community. What a day. 🌊

Next stop… Swim Serpentine! 👀🏊‍♀️
