🇮🇩 FREEDOM — in movement, in strength, in spirit.

Freedom is not simply the absence of limits.
It is having the strength to rise, the courage to move forward, and the discipline to become who you are meant to be.

This Independence Day, let’s celebrate not only the freedom of our nation, but also the freedom within ourselves.

Strong in body. Free in movement. Independent in spirit. 🇮🇩

Happy Independence Day, Indonesia!
Merdeka!

* suara asli sengaja tetep on biar tau real situation nya gimana 🤣

pas liat video ini senyum senyum sendiri, ribet beut keknya kita bertiga potong tumpeng aja hahhahaha 😂😂 poke @jeslinesteffani @heyltsrere ➡️ gak ada anggun anggun nya ya kita potong tumpeng 😆

So the story behind this “Nasi Padang Tumpeng” is “WE MADE IT 🙌🏼💪🏼🥰 WE PASS THE SUPER BASI EXAM” the happiness maybe can’t described in words since its “The result of Blood Sweat & Tears”, maybe some of you think i’m just overstatement, but if you are BASI Student then you will feel us 🫶🏼😬

so much lessons, advices & motivations we got from all our mentor & all BASI sista especially our Super Mentor Ci @abigailangkawijaya @basipilatesacademy_westjava that we could go tru all of these struggles “Please be patient with us more ya cici 😆😬”

We know that our journey just starting with never ending learning anytime & anywhere 🫶🏼 #BASIPROUD

Last but not least “Thank you so much for all of you that support us so that we could stand in this point 🩷 Hugssss 🙌🏼 @pilateslaurenolen @agnesnathan06 ce @rennyjahja @rachel.cen @janetanggalung & all of you who we can’t mention one by one here ☺️

With Love together with @heyltsrere & @jeslinesteffani (rekan seperjuangan dalam menghadapi ujian ini + rekan nangis bareng disaat beneran berhasil lulus ujian 🥹)

Still think the Reformer is the only way to fire up your core? ✨

The BASI Systems Wunda Chair is where balance meets strength — delivering the kind of intense, isolated core work that’s truly next-level. 🔥
