KNEE REHAB with myself? @aidankoferldpt

Been dealing with nagging knee pain for about a year now…been focusing a ton on getting back to Olympic lifts for the fun of it, but the pain always got in my way. Finally able to get back to it without feeling nervous.

Thank you God for giving me a body that is able.

There are too many people to thank that have helped get me to where I am, but, some of the biggest thank you’s go to @aidankoferl for being the absolute best coach I could’ve asked for the past 20 weeks, and everyone else that helped contribute to get me here; 4th in class.
