Been dealing with nagging knee pain for about a year now…been focusing a ton on getting back to Olympic lifts for the fun of it, but the pain always got in my way. Finally able to get back to it without feeling nervous.

Harper,

It’s weird to think of life without you in it. 12 years ago, I remember going to a small farm with Dad to look at one of your siblings. We showed up, the sibling ran away, and I specifically remember seeing you crawl from under an RV and immediately come up to us. I remember driving home with you asleep in my lap, not worried about where we were going or how long it would take to get there.

12 years ago was the best decision we have ever made, and I’m so glad I got to spend those 12 years with you. You were always there, no matter what. After baseball games, after school, whenever we would come home from trips, you were always there.

I’m sorry I couldn’t be there to say goodbye, it may be something I regret for the rest of my life. What I don’t regret is all the time I spent laying on your bed with you after a bad day, trying to get you to talk, getting you to harass Arthas, and just staring into your bright, personable eyes.

We miss you, and we will always miss you.

What a ride! 3 years come and gone. Almost a month since graduation and I’ll never forget getting choked out by a cervical collar or wearing a fake diaper in the middle of class. Thank you @hpu_dpt for the most amazing experience I will ever encounter in my lifetime. Thank you especially to both my parents, @aidaricdad and @weights4me for being the best parents I could’ve ever asked for, as well as @aric.koferl for being the best brother ever. Thank you to all my friends I’ve made over the years, and here’s to a successful career to all of my classmates! by @aidankoferl
