POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We gave our staff a little heads-up about the sermon this Sunday… and as you can see, everybody’s excited😅

We’re wrapping up It’s Complicated with “THE GIFT OF S*X,” and we’re having an honest, biblical conversation about a topic the Church probably needs to talk about more often.

Fair warning: This one’s for the grown-ups! 😅 Kid-O’s will be available during all three services. This Sunday, like every Sunday, is a great opportunity to make sure your child has the opportunity to learn on their level.

This past Sunday, we had the privilege of celebrating Chelsea Butler (@chelsea_b03) and the DECADE she spent serving on staff at Overflow Church. ❤️

Chelsea was our longest-serving staff member who’s been around since the very beginning, and as she steps away from our staff to pursue a new career and some dreams God has placed in her heart, it’s hard to put into words just how much of Overflow’s story has her fingerprints all over it.

So many people who call Overflow home today have no idea how many sacrifices Chelsea made behind the scenes to help build the church they now love. The yeses no one saw. The hard conversations. The answered prayers. The long days. The good seasons and the difficult ones. For over 10 years, Chelsea has faithfully served this house and its people, and Overflow is who we are today in part because of her.

While her time on staff is ending, we’re so thankful she isn’t going anywhere! Chelsea will still call Overflow home and continue serving on our Guest Experience team.

Chelsea, we love you, we honor you, and we are forever grateful for everything you have poured into this church! We’re cheering you on in this next season and can’t wait to see what God does through you!

Overflow, show Chelsea some love in the comments! ❤️

What if you stopped spending all your time looking for “the one” and started placing your focus on becoming the one? 👀

Our new series, It’s Complicated, is here! And Part 1, “Singleness: Becoming ‘The One,’” is officially on YouTube. 🎥

Single, dating, married, or somewhere in between, there’s something in this message for you.

Martin, you were something special. 🌱

We’re so thankful we got to be a part of the Grassroots Soybean Fest Faith & Family Night. Getting to worship, serve, and simply be present with the people of Martin was such a gift.

One of the things we love about Overflow is getting outside the walls of the church and being involved in the community around us. We’re excited for what’s ahead as we officially become part of the Martin community in 2027.

Martin, we’re grateful to be here. We’re grateful to serve. And we’re really excited about what God is going to do in this community.

How do I handle being single when I really want to be in a relationship?
How do I date without losing myself?
How do we build a marriage that lasts?
How do we argue without destroying each other?
How do we talk honestly about sex?

For six weeks, we’re bringing these conversations into the church (not because we have new answers), but because we believe there are old truths that still speak to the COMPLICATED relationships we’re living in today.

Whether you’re single, dating, married, struggling, or somewhere in between, there’s something here for you.

“IT’S COMPLICATED” begins this Sunday.

Have you shrunk God down to the point where you see Him as supporting cast member of a story that’s all about YOU?

Or do you realize that you are a small part of a much larger story that’s ALL about HIM?

WOW!! It’s been a week since we had the opportunity to worship with the City of Martin at the Martin Grassroots Soybean Festival, and we still can’t get over it!

What an incredible night. Getting to step outside the walls of our church and worship alongside our community was such an honor. Seeing people gather, sing, celebrate, and lift up the name of Jesus together is something we won’t soon forget.

We’re so grateful to everyone who made this night possible and for the invitation to be part of such a special event. We believe worship belongs everywhere ! In our churches, in our homes, and right in the middle of our community.

Martin, thank you for letting us worship with you. We had the BEST time!

Still smiling. Still thankful. Still talking about it.

Until next time…….
