The Muses Chats 💌 Meet Ali.

A High-Achieving Visionary and past member of The Muses who came into the program feeling burnt out, depleted and like the last thing she needed was more on her plate ➡️ to saying, “I’m more excited for life than I’ve ever been.”

In this conversation, we’re getting into what actually shifted during our 12 weeks together — and how learning to slow down, reconnect with herself and change the way she related to her own mind helped Ali move from constant pressure and hypervigilance to feeling more grounded, self-loving and supported within herself.

We talk burnout, rest, self-compassion, unconscious patterns and what happens when you stop creating your vision from fear, pressure and the feeling that you always have to be doing ➡️ and start creating from a deeper connection to yourself, your intuition and the person you’re becoming.

We also get into something I see in so many high-achievers: your ambition isn’t always the problem — sometimes it’s the fear underneath the way you’ve learned to achieve.

Because when you shift the inner place you’re creating from, you don’t have to give up the big vision — you get to pursue it in a way that actually feels good to live along the way.

And if you resonate:

Had the privilege of watching one of Flexxi’s partners, @ali.benter, on a panel last week about what happens to design when agents write the code.

Short version: your spec becomes the product.

When AI handles more of the build, ambiguity gets expensive. A detail a teammate would quietly figure out on their own turns into a bug or a completely different experience.

What stayed with me:

→ Specs are engineering artifacts now, not handoff docs
→ Recovery workflows matter as much as the original prompt
→ Engineering teams are adapting incredibly fast

Taste and clarity matter more than ever.

What does the day in the life of a founder look like? 👇🏻

It’s client calls from coffee shops, tons of networking events, and conversations that might turn into something six months from now…

It’s Miami tech week one day and back to your desk the next…but this is the work 💪🏼

The messy, exhausting, exciting work of building something from nothing 🚀

If you’re building too…you’re not alone in the chaos😅
