Every Monday, our leadership team comes together to grow 🌱 not just as leaders, but as the people who help shape the Aligned community. 🤍

This week’s inspiration was a reminder to help people feel seen. As we come off such a meaningful Team Appreciation Day, we reflected on how powerful it is to show up for one another, appreciate each other’s presence, and build a community where everyone feels they truly belong.

This week, we invite you to move through the world with a little more intention. 🌊

✨ Hold the door for someone.
✨ Smile at someone as you pass by.
✨ Learn someone’s name.
✨ Reach out to someone you’ve been thinking about.
✨ Tell someone how much you appreciate them.

The smallest moments often leave the biggest impact. You never know what someone may need that day, and a simple act of kindness can remind them they’re seen.

How will you help someone feel seen this week? We’d love to hear in the comments. 💙

Maybe this is your sign to slow down. 🤍

Life isn’t meant to be rushed.

One of our YTT students shared that the biggest gift of this journey— learning to trust the process, slow down, and make space for what truly matters.

The world will keep telling you to do more.
Maybe this season is about doing less, being present, and choosing yourself.

✨ How can you slow down this week?

2027 Yoga Teacher Training is now enrolling.
Early enrollment ends 7/31.

Behind every strong community is a team that genuinely enjoys being together. ✨

A night of good food, great conversation, and even better company. These moments behind the scenes are where relationships deepen, ideas grow, and alignment happens. Grateful for a team that shows up for one another, supports each other, and shares a vision bigger than themselves.

Connection, collaboration, and a lot of laughs around the table. 🤍💫🦋
