Meet the facilitator! Hi, I’m Alika 🙋🏻‍♀️ With almost two years experience diving head first into the world of sound healing, I’m a certified facilitator and have collected over a dozen different tones and rhythms to share with you. These harmonious instruments are backed by science to activate the parasympathetic nervous system (releasing tension), reduce cortisol (stress hormones), aid in digestion, help get a good night’s sleep, recover from physical soreness, and other neurological and emotional benefits. Curious? Comment, DM, or find me at @yogalabmillenia for a sound bath! 🩵

I haven’t read a domestic mystery/thriller quite like this one—even her bestseller THE GIRL ON THE TRAIN was not this complex or nuanced. At first I wasn’t sure where it was going but stick with it, the gradual unveilings are worth the wait 🧡🍁🔥

The Journey Within starts this Sunday 🤍

If life has felt a little loud lately, this is your chance to give yourself two hours to slow down, reset, and actually hear yourself again.

Part 1: Listening for the Call is a beautiful afternoon of grounding breathwork, guided reflection, deep restoration, sound bath + Reiki — all designed to help you quiet the mental noise and reconnect with your intuition.

✨ Sunday, September 27
✨ 3:30–5:30pm
✨ $50 | Or join the full 4-part journey for $175

You don’t need to be “good” at meditation or know exactly what you’re looking for. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and give yourself the space to receive. Sometimes a couple of intentional hours away from the everyday is exactly what we need. 🫶

Come solo or send this to a friend who would love this kind of afternoon and experience it together.

Sign up through the link in our bio. 🤎
