POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

10 years and 15 pounds ago. Covid anxiety and menopause were like, nope. 🤣

My poor hair got so thin at one point as my hormones fluctuated. So now my new hair growth is fuller and my meno hair is weirdly straight. Not doing another big chop though. Easier to blow dry it for now...

I don't necessarily want to be this size again but post menopause is giving me the gift of a better moving lymphatic system, so we'll see what I come up with after my birthday season.

I can still fit into most of my clothes luckily so I need some additional motivation because my husband @crushfoster could care less..bless his amazing heart.

Pictures by the talented @jbrewerphoto 🌼 Hire him Boston😁

Soursop is on the Nutritional Guide of Least Detrimental Foods, and the fruit itself is as remarkable as the leaf.

We've spotlighted the leaf as a tea. Today, the fruit, spiky green outside, soft and creamy-sweet inside, whole and seeded the way the guide wants tropical fruit. It tastes like a cross between pineapple and banana.

Eat it fresh, blend it into a drink, or freeze the pulp.

Ever checked the label on your "magical" daily supplements? 🧐✨

If you’ve been feeling a sudden burst of energy or a quick mood boost right after taking your daily vitamins or gummies, it might not be the active nutrients at work—it could just be hidden caffeine or sugar! 🚨

Many brands add extra sugars, syrups, or stimulant additives to give you an instant "feeling" so you think the product is working right away.

3 Quick Tips for Reading Supplement Labels:

* Look at the first few ingredients: Ingredients are listed by weight. If sugar, glucose syrup, or cane sugar is #1, you’re basically eating candy.

* Scan for sneaky caffeine: Watch for terms like green tea extract, guarana, yerba mate, or green coffee bean extract.

* Check the "Added Sugars" line: Aim for supplements with minimal to zero added sugars, especially if you take them daily.

🌿 Skip the fillers and focus on real cell-level health.

If you want genuine support without the fake "sugar rush" or "caffeine crash", look to Cell Support. Our daily multi-mineral is formulated to deliver essential trace minerals directly to your body's cells—keeping you actually energized, balanced, and resilient, naturally. No sugar. No caffeine. Just 100% clean, cellular-level replenishment. 🧬💪

☕ Coffee on an empty stomach first thing in the morning is the habit nobody questions, and it may be why your afternoon falls apart.

Here's the sequence most people run every day:

☕ coffee at 7, nothing else, first real food around 8 or later. It feels productive.

☕ Then 3pm shows up and the energy slump hits like clockwork. So you reach for a second cup, and the cycle starts over tomorrow.

The problem usually isn't the coffee. It's the order. When caffeine is the first thing your body gets, a lot of people end up depending on it to feel "on," and needing more of it to get the same lift.

Flip the sequence:
☀️ Start with something warm that isn't caffeine,
like an herbal tea

🌿 Get whole-plant minerals in early

☕ Then decide if you still want the coffee
That's the whole idea behind the Morning Ritual Bundle: our Alkaline Eclectic herbal tea blend first, then Cell Support, a wildcrafted whole-plant mineral supplement. It's a 30-day morning routine in one box.

💬 Comment MORNING and I'll send you the link.
Save this for tomorrow morning, and send it to the friend who's on cup number three by noon.

My actual morning.

Morning ritual tea, then Cell Support. 45 minutes of yoga, then the rebounder.

Quinoa porridge (in hemp milk) with strawberries almost every day. Great plant based "protein"💡

Infrared sauna with my husband, then a shower and the day begins. It's not a rule, it's just mine.

Comment SIGNS for the simple version.

Lion's mane is on the Nutritional Guide of Least Detrimental Foods, and it's the showpiece of the mushroom section.

Shaggy, white, and strange-looking, lion's mane cooks up with a texture people compare to crab or lobster. The guide keeps mushrooms on the list for exactly this: real, whole food that can stand in for what used to be meat.

Sear it in slabs, shred it into cakes, or fold it into a pan.

For the days you feel stuck.

You're consistent. You're trying. Nothing moves. Then you hear it might come down to medication or a procedure. That fear is real, and wanting to understand your body first is reasonable. Ask your doctor everything, and learn the part you can do every day.

Comment SIGNS for the Daily Do's.

Wakame is on the Nutritional Guide of Least Detrimental Foods, in the Sea Vegetables section, and it's the one hiding in your miso soup.

Silky and mild, wakame is one of the friendliest ways into sea vegetables, the part of the guide that carries minerals only complete, alkaline ocean plants can give you.

Rehydrate it into a soup, toss it into a salad, or crumble it dry over a bowl.

There is a huge difference between being a content creator who is trying to figure out what to sell, and being a business owner who uses content to share what you actually live and build every single day.

I’ve been in business for over 15 years—from running our Brooklyn cafe back in the day to building Alkaline Eclectic Herbs alongside Chef Crush today. And if there is one thing I genuinely love about being a business owner, it’s the purpose behind the work.

I don't post just to chase a trend or hit an algorithm metric. The content exists to support the mission: serving our community, staying true to uncompromising standards, and sharing authentic lifestyle, herbal, and wellness tools that truly help people feel vibrant.

When you own what you build, the content isn't a performance—it’s just a window into the work you already love doing.

Drop a ☀️ below if you’re a business owner using content to share your true offer with the world!

Burro banana vs. regular banana. Here's the swap.

🍌Shorter. Thicker. A little square on the sides.
That's how you spot a burro banana at the store.

It's the banana on the Nutritional Guide of Least Detrimental Foods. Same alkaline smoothie.

Same banana bread. Different banana.
You don't have to change the menu. You just have to change the ingredients.

Save this for your next grocery run. Want every swap in one place? Comment GUIDE and I'll send it to you.

💡People think eating healthy mean skimping on flavor or staying hungry, but in our house, it looks like a full plate of vibrant, high-vibe nourishment that actually tastes incredible.

When you set yourself up for success with flavorful, nutrient-dense meals, making healthy decisions becomes second nature—no deprivation needed.

What’s on our Chef @crushfoster plate:

• Chickpeas w/ Sun-Dried Tomato
• Savory Mushroom Crumble
• Steamed Greens
• Wild Rice
• Kabocha Mash
• Fresh Side Salad
• + Blueberry Coconut Ice Cream for a clean, sweet finish 🍨

Save the heavy, indulgent food for special occasions. Keep your daily table colorful, mineral-packed, and satisfying! 🌿✨Being healthy doesn't require perfection but it does need consistency. 🌼
