Melbourne, you’ve done it again. I’m leaving with a full heart and a whole new crew of beautiful people to call family ❤️

Nine women stepped behind the decks, each bringing their own records, stories, cultures and way of connecting with Latin music. Every set was different, every selection had personality, and the energy between everyone was incredibly special ✨

Seeing the spirit of @herspinonthings travel beyond Sydney reminded me that community doesn’t belong to one city. When the connection is genuine, it can grow anywhere.

A huge thank you to every selector whi trusted the idea and became part of the day. Thank you to @andrear_ar_ and @otherlatinart for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to curate this program. And so much love to @selector_miss_fee and the women behind the sound system @housewifeschoicesound !!

A magical weekend, some incredible records and many new friendships. Gracias Naarm. See you again very soon 🥹😉

What started with one simple question: “what can we do from here?” has grown into something bigger than we ever imagined ❣️

Spin for Colombia is our granito de arena, and seeing so many people offer their music, art, food, time, skills and support has been such a beautiful reminder of what happens when a community comes together.

A little from each of us can become something much bigger.

Still smiling after such a special night at Somos Expo. ❤️‍🔥

A one-night group exhibition by OLA, Goodspace Gallery and Young Henrys that brought together 20 Latin and Latin-Australian visual artists based in Sydney.

It was such a joy to be surrounded by so many incredibly talented Latin artists, all sharing our stories, cultures and creative voices in one space. The music by Femme Forward Collective @_foxy_fuzz was the best, keeping the energy alive all night, and the room was filled with the warmth and authenticity that only the Latin community can bring.

My heart feels so full seeing the Latin art scene grow in Sydney. To be part of this and witness it flourishing is something I don’t take for granted.

And finally… a HUGE THANK YOU to @otherlatinart for organizing such an inclusive event that truly supports the artists. Watching what you’ve been building, and the vibrant Latin art scene you’ve been cultivating in Sydney, is so inspiring. Thank you for creating spaces where our community can connect, celebrate and be seen. What a special night. ❤️🙏

"We are." That's what Somos expo means, and that's exactly what I felt walking through this beautiful exhibition.

A huge congratulations to my friend @andrear_ar_ for bringing together such an inspiring collection of Latin artists. Every artwork carried a story of identity, migration, resilience, memory, and creativity. Some pieces were years in the making, and seeing the passion behind them was truly inspiring.

These photos don't do justice to the talent, dedication, and emotion behind each piece. Some works took years to create. @brushella_brushmaster collection, for example, was the result of a 5️⃣-year journey, while other artists shared deeply personal stories through their art. My friend @fabio.borgs work, inspired by the idea of Art to Heal, is always moving.

The exhibition left me reflecting on how much art gives us, even when we're not artists ourselves. It helps us process emotions, build connections, understand different perspectives, and sometimes even heal 🎨😳

Thank you to all the artists for sharing your journeys and world❤️🎨
