While I’ve never seen them in person (outside of an aquarium) I’ve always loved leafy and weedy seadragons! Another year of fantastic adventures abroad together has flown by. So many fun memories to look back on during our travels but this last year was also full of adventures at home. The year we became pup parents to @falkor.theluckpup , homeowners, made @mano.collective expeditions official, planned a wedding (still deep in this process 😅) and so much more. This year we embark on our biggest adventure yet 💍 and the next anniversary we celebrate will be as husband and wife. Love you forever @andrew.aggergaard.

This week @falkor.theluckpup got to meet his first whale shark! Being one of my absolute favorite animals we can see here I’ve been waiting for this moment since we adopted him a year ago. We’ve seen several since we brought him home but they all happened to be days Falkor wasn’t onboard. So thrilled to show our precious pup another new magical ocean creature, safe to say he was excited too!

Happy Gotcha Day to my precious wolf pup. @falkor.theluckpup has changed our life in so many ways and truly has completed our little family. We have been through so much in the last year with him including almost losing him within our first two weeks together which lead to the diagnosis of the life threatening condition mega esophagus in addition to his IBD. Navigating his diagnosis and fine tuning his routine took time and a lot of effort but I’m now confident he lives the best life he possibly can! He’s gained 20lbs since we adopted him after it took us nearly 6 months to figure out how to get his weight to budge at all, he’s gained so much confidence, and his bright and loving personality shines through every day. He now comes on every @hawaiianadventureskona whale watch, hikes and plays with his doggie friends and makes every single day of ours better. Finding my soul dog has completed my life and while each day is a unique challenge I will forever be thankful for each day we have with him ❤️

One of those encounters that truly leaves one speechless. There is something so special about wild animals choosing to interact in an intimate way 100% on their terms. Especially in such a remote place where they rarely see people 🐋

This Weddell seal in Antarctica was the chillest and quite possibly the fattest seal I’ve ever met. Hard to believe that they’re one of the deepest diving seal species. Imagine being 3,000 ft deep and having this thing cruise by 😅

Oh my sweet Oskar puppy if love alone could have saved you, you would have lived forever. You will be greatly missed but I will forever be deeply thankful for the joy you brought not only to my life but to everyone you met.

You were the biggest and best surprise of my life and I will always cherish nearly 10 years of memories with you. Though we will all miss you so much there are some fantastic pups that have been waiting to see you for a long time and are waiting to greet you. While your loss leaves my heart heavy I can find comfort in the company you will keep from here on out. Thank you for everything Oskar, love you forever.

Who knew diving around inanimate objects in 30 degree water would be so fun!

While of course we went to Antarctica with the goals of mainly swimming with wildlife, diving around ice bergs was a fascinating part of our trip. Never have I seen tones of blue and textures so stunning as the ice scattering the landscape everywhere you look🧊🇦🇶
