A rare moment of wellbeing in London. Amazing weather for some hill reps on Primrose Hill this morning, and thanks to @y_as_l for randomly taking a photo of some strangers pointing at a dog, then being so kind as to offer us the photo!

First snow of the year, unexpected hill sprints in the Swiss alps. @gregjrutherford overzealous on the acceleration and Labrador in hot pursuit - textbook.

Lab coats on! That big board I'm pointing to is an illustrated summary of 52 markers from my DNA blueprint that tell me what kinds of exercise and what type of diet my body is potentially best suited to. It even tells me how well my body handles caffeine, salt and burnt foods! And that guy behind me happens to be Olympic athlete @andrewsteele who's one of the founders at @dnafithq. I've noticed companies offering personalised health plans based on DNA seem to be cropping up more and more. How many of you would try it? Hit the ❤️ if you would! Is this what everyone will do in the future before beginning a diet or training programme? Let me know your thoughts! Oh, and deffo watch Swipe on @skynews in a couple of weeks to find out how it actually works and why my results were so surprising! 🙊👍
