POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The latest episode of Confessions of a Bikini Pro is a very vulnerable and personal look at two journeys with Bipolar. @andria.ifbbpro opens up about a recent manic episode that led her to a bipolar 1 diagnosis and I share my own experiences with bipolar 2. It is not always easy to talk about these things because of the stigma associated with a diagnosis like this which is exactly why we had the conversation. We hope this encourages you in any mental health need you have to seek help. I also hope this episode serves as great psychoeducation and insight with information I share from my background as a clinical mental health counselor. Let us know what you thought of the episode and please consider sharing it to support spreading awareness, reducing stigma, encouraging others to get help, and normalizing talking about it without it becoming your identity or label. We get into so much and can’t wait for you all to hear it! Tune in on any of your fav podcast streaming platforms by searching “Confessions of a Bikini Pro” you can also watch the full episode on YouTube channel: celestial_fit or you can visit www.celestial.fit/podcast 💜🧠

posing seminar at @iron_lair was epic…

the team at Iron Lair put together an amazing event, they took so good care of the guest Pro’s, they had a lounge set for us, with healthy food and snacks for those not on prep, microwave, and even ultra filtered water @nikkirica , there was athletes from every division and a lot of first time competitors that we were able to help and fix a lot of mistakes most of us learned a long the way, really good work was done and i learned a lot myself and the athletes we brought from #teamglu from the other Pro athletes, afterwards the gym was open for everyone to train and the atmosphere was unmatched, it felt like a communal training session, we would like to thank Jeff and Dan, and the entire team at Iron Lair for their amazing hospitality, can’t wait for the next one! #teamironlair
