Three years of UB.LONDON. Looking back through the projects, the places, the drawings, the endless samples, site visits, late nights, and all the little moments in between, it’s hard to believe how much has happened in three years. We started UB.LONDON in 2023 with an idea to create spaces that feel personal, architectural and aesthetic. Since then, we’ve worked on homes in London, Geneva, Dubai, Los Angeles, St Tropez and beyond. Every project has been completely different, and every one has taught us something. There were exciting moments, difficult moments, moments when we questioned everything, and many moments when we stopped and thought, we can’t believe this is actually coming to life. The moment between the drawing and seeing the space built is magical. Most of all, we’re grateful for the people who trusted us with their homes, the people we’ve met along the way, and the amazing team of creatives, makers and suppliers who bring these ideas to life. Three years in, and it still feels like we’re only getting started. Thank you to everyone who has been part of UB.LONDON so far.

Day five at Milan Design Week 2026 🛋️ Flexform - their outdoor collection in the Cloister of Sant’Angelo, a 16th-century convent redesigned in 1939 by Giovanni Muzio. Normally closed to the public - Flexform funded its renovation in order to open it this week. New outdoor pieces by Antonio Citterio, Patrick Norguet, and Fumie Shibata, scattered through the cloister like the place has always held them. One of the most beautiful settings of the week and a true sanctuary. 🫧 Delvis (Un)Limited gallery - Romance of Fragility exhibition is about glass and what happens when you stop being afraid of breaking it. Curated by Valentina Ciuffi (Alcova cofounder) with exhibition design by Space Caviar. Six designers, one material, every piece worth lingering on. Glass cast like stone, glass that looks liquid, glass that holds light differently in every room. The showroom itself is rebuilt with glass bricks, so the material runs through the architecture too. Loved it from the first room to the last. @delvis_unlimited 🌀 Fornasetti - the Corso Venezia store has been completely redesigned by London studio @tuttobenestudio. Three floors, each a different lens onto the brand. Ground floor: Fornasetti Space, hosting a 12-week floral residency by Simone Gooch of Fjura, sculptural arrangements set against printed surfaces. First floor: The Living Archive, the catalogue presented through curated vitrines and cabinets. Top floor: four themed rooms where decoration becomes structure rather than surface. @fornasetti 🖤 Dimoregallery - the gallery side of Dimorestudio founded in 2003. Their design is layered, atmospheric, cinematic. Mid-century Italian masters like Gio Ponti and Gabriella Crespi sit alongside their own pieces, vintage finds, and contemporary art. Saturated palettes (oxblood, ochre, smoked green), velvets, brass, lacquer, marble. Lighting treated as architecture. Each room reads like a film set. Each object placed with intent. Their hotel and fashion projects (Hôtel Saint-Marc, Aesop, Hermès, Dior) made the aesthetic globally recognisable. @dimorestudio The last one in the comments❤️ #milandesignweek

Day four at Milan Design Week 2026. ▪️ZHA x Audi pavilion The Origin. In the courtyard of my favorite place in the city - Portrait Hotel on Corso Venezia. A sculptural portal over a reflecting pool with surfaces changing constantly with the light. In the middle of all the chaos of this week, it makes people stop. After six and a half years working at Zaha Hadid Architects, it was especially nice to see the studio create one of the installations everyone is talking about this year. The language is instantly recognisable. @zahahadidarchitects @audi ▪️Henge, Ritual Gravity. Their showroom on Via della Spiga was completely transformed for the new collection, and the title makes sense the second you walk in. Dark tones, unique materials, very curated atmosphere. The highlight - Henge Notte, their first bedroom collection. One of those spaces that makes you immediately want to go home and rethink your own place. @henge__official 🍅 Chloé, The Tomato Chair. Originally designed in 1970, and brought back this week in cream, cognac, sand and black leather. @chloe ▪️Bisazza. A brand that reminds you how far one material can go when it is handled properly. Mosaic in every scale, colour and finish. @bisazzaofficial #milandesignweek #mdw #design #henge #zahahadid

Day two at Milan Design Week 2026 - most exciting Design week of the year! Before each trip I selectively curate what to visit as you can easily get lost in the amount of events happening this week. Day two we visited these incredible spots: ▫️Nilufar Depot - a former silverware factory transformed into three floors of collectible design curated by Nina Yashar. Interior is inspired by Teatro alla Scala and this week it became an imaginary hotel with rooms by some of the most interesting names in collectible design right now. Must visit!! @nilufargallery ▫️Paola Lenti - amazing outdoor furniture with truly the best color pallets and high-end quality. The showroom is a true sanctuary 🌴 @paola_lenti_official ▫️Kawashima Selkon - a Kyoto textile house founded in 1843. Fabric as architecture: turning centuries of weaving technique into space. Accidentally saw this at Paola Lenti showroom and loved it! @kawashimaselkon_textiles ▫️Baxter Cinema - a former cinema turned into a furniture gallery 🤯 Such a cool way to show the new collection. It feels completely different from a normal showroom as all Baxter showrooms do. And this year the brand is not only using its signature leather, but also bringing in fabric finishes. Baxter remains one of the most impressive brands for me and honestly, they make some of the most comfortable sofas in the world ✨ @baxtermadeinitaly ▫️Baxter Train - such a cool idea to convert an old tram into a pop up that moves around city. Immersive, unexpected, and incredibly well done with life music and a bar! 🚂 ▫️Gallotti&Radice - famous for their glass furniture, the brand is celebrating 70 years of glass mastery this year in a historic palazzo. Vintage pieces from the early collections shown alongside new designs created especially for the anniversary. @gallottieradice It’s a wrap and let’s see what the next days will bring 🖤 #milandesignweek

Day one at Milan Design Week 2026. Dropcity - former railway tunnels behind Milano Centrale. Prototyping labs, ceramics, robotics, model-making, all open this week. Interesting but not everyone would love this, very experimental. @dropcity_org Secolo × Tableau - Soft Matters. Secolo’s first collaboration with an external studio: Copenhagen-based TABLEAU. The Trace sofa at the centre, enveloping curves designed to be experienced from every angle, shaping the space around it rather than just occupying it. We love it! @secolo_official @tableau_cph Movimento Gallery - One, Two, Many. Seven designers, one shared metallic finish, one material constraint. What emerges when everyone starts from the same point. Definitely worth visiting! @movimentogallery Excited for the following days✨ #milandesignweek
