$Knee injury recovery protocol what I did AFTER the X-rays came back clean.🦿 7 X-rays. Knee, shin, ankle. Before ANY treatment, we had to rule out a fracture first. No breaks = green light. Here’s the recovery stack: 01 | Acoustic Wave (Shockwave Therapy) Only AFTER imaging cleared me. Don’t skip this step. 02 | Compression Flush the legs, move the swelling out. 03 | Targeted Cryo Calm the joint down. 04 | Laser Therapy Low-level light to support tissue recovery. At 40+, you don’t “push through” a bad knee. You get it imaged, you get a plan, and you treat recovery like a training session because it is. Fighters and aging athletes: what’s your go to recovery tool after a tweak? Drop it below 👇 Save this for your next comeback. Send it to the training partner who never gets anything checked. Not medical advice. Get evaluated before starting any treatment. #injuryrecovery #shockwavetherapy #kneerehab #fitover40 #bjj$
