POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

7 new students.

10 days ago we opened the doors for the second cohort of the TMP Coaching Certification.

Since then, we’ve welcomed 7 aspiring Mental Performance Coaches.

Huge welcome to cohort #2.

One student wants to fall in love with coaching again after feeling disengaged, stuck, and misaligned after 6 years of coaching.

Another wants to go deeper mentally with their clients in an ethical, safe and productive way.

Two are looking for a specific mental performance coaching framework so they can get better client results and stop guessing around ‘mindset’.

We’ve now got 6 spots remaining before the doors close on Friday the 25th October.

If you want apply for an interview, click the link in my bio and we’ll be in touch if it’s a good fit for you.

A quick tip of the hat to those golfers who came away with something other than sunburn and a triple-digit scorecard👏🏌️

Huge congratulations to all of our winners from the second annual Prosperity Open and thank you to our community partners for sponsoring this fantastic event!

You'll find photos from the event in our private Facebook group tonight AND our video coverage begins TOMORROW, so stay tuned for the best (and slightly more questionable) swings!

Always investing 💰
Always learning 📚
Always reflecting 🧠
Always improving 📈

One thing I’ve realised about myself I perform best when I’m invested in something and surrounded by people who are also pushing to level up 🚀

Being part of a group that’s aiming higher together works for me.

The truth is… when I invest money into something, I take it more seriously. The sacrifice creates pressure, and that pressure creates action ⚡️

That’s why I have a coach or mentor in any area of life where I want serious results 🎯

If someone gave me the same support for free, I honestly wouldn’t get the same outcome because I don’t respect free in the same way. There’s no pain attached to it… and pain is often what drives progress.

Right now I’m 3kg down with 5 weeks to go until Dubai 🇦🇪 (if they let us in 😅).
The dad bod is disappearing 💪🔥

For the next 5 weeks I’m dialled in learning about:

• Health 🥗
• Fitness 🏋️‍♂️
• Diet 🥑
• Recovery 😴
• Discipline 🧠

Upskilling daily across every area of life.

Because health really is wealth 💎

Oh… and sold a plot of land today as well 🏡📈

BOSHHHHHHH 💥

GIIIIIT UPPPPP 🚀🔥

I highly recommend @archie.optimised for fitness and nutrition coaching and I highly recommend me for raising finance coaching 🤣🤣

Who’s in your corner?

At the start of the year I set a goal I was on track end of Jan 19.3% body fat to 15% the end goal is 10% then I got injured 🤢

I started to struggle I could of give up but instead I adapted I pivoted I had to change strategy and that was nutrition so 📈

I’ve invested in:

• A fitness coach and nutrition coach

My fitness coach is @archie.optimised top notch. He works with a lot of high-performing business operators I know, and in just 3 weeks the results have been quality… without smashing cardio.

And to be honest?
I’ve messed up on the diet a few times.

Still 5 weeks left of the Optimised 60 plan and now it’s time to lock in properly.

I’m ready to:

• Increase the cardio intensity
• Tighten the diet
• Stop letting networking meals be the excuse

That’s the hardest part for me always out meeting, networking, on the move. But that’s no excuse. It’s just another standard to rise to.

One thing I’ve always believed in:

It’s not just the knowledge that changes you… it’s the investment. 💰

When I put my hard-earned cash into something, I take it seriously. I want a return. I execute harder. I show up differently.

Before this, I was stuck:
Same weight.
No structure.
No food strategy.
Minimum accountability.

Now?
Clarity.
Momentum.
Progress.

Big up all my coaches. The value from the groups alone is strategy I’ll use forever and pay forward when I can.

I have a business coach / mindset coach / fitness coach / accountability partner it’s very hard not to make things happen with this level of investment

Also looking for recommendations for:
🎤 A solid public speaking coach
🎯 Any high-level speaking groups worth joining

If you’re serious about getting in shape, improving your energy and performing better in business I can highly recommend Archie.

Now let’s finish this Optimised 60 strong.

Let’s goooo 🚀

All the hard work over the last six months has paid off.

Sticking to a strict diet and training plan hasn’t been easy, but the results make it worth it.

I’ve managed to drop 25kg in this time working with @archie.optimised

Big thanks to my coach for the guidance, discipline, and support throughout 👊

It’s crazy seeing these photos come through from where I was earlier in the year. Managed to shed fat and put on muscle, who says vegans can’t get enough protein 😅

Proud of the progress and hungry for what’s next. I’ve got a small race booked in Jan and a Marathon to do in April, so my training switches focus whilst still having a solid goal to work towards 💪

Over the last six months, I’ve been training hard with my coach and have lost over three stone so far. 🏋️‍♀️

It’s been an incredible journey, challenging but so rewarding. I’ve got two more goals to hit before Christmas: a photoshoot and a race, and I’m more motivated than ever to keep pushing.

A massive thank you to my coach, @archie.optimised , for all the support, guidance, and accountability along the way.

What a weekend at the Property & Construction Conference 2025! 🏗️

We had an incredible time at The Minster Building, London (EC3R) for this year’s event - connecting with over 120 industry leaders, exploring insights from 11 expert speakers, and showcasing our work as one of the various exhibitors.

A huge shoutout to our very own @matthew.irvine.accountant who took to the stage as a guest speaker, sharing his expertise on how smart financial strategy and digital systems can empower construction businesses to grow with confidence.

The event was brilliantly hosted by @paul_tinker_32, with @ibrahimbraimahwealth keeping everything running smoothly as he introduced the amazing line-up of speakers, including:

🎤 @beckylotostrategist
🎤 @withlewiscrompton
🎤 @joe.taylo
🎤 @lucy_ingram_official
🎤 @george.cashflow
🎤 @sam_raiano
🎤 @archie.optimised
🎤 @richardmstone
🎤 @rachelknight11

It was fantastic to catch up with some of our clients (you might spot a few in the video!) and to meet so many new faces in the property and construction community. Events like this remind us how strong, innovative, and collaborative this industry really is.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand and shared ideas - we’re already looking forward to next year!

It was great to represent @optimumdigits as both a speaker and exhibitor, and to be part of an event that brought together 120+ industry leaders, 11 expert speakers, and various exhibitors, all focused on driving the industry forward.

One of the highlights for me was catching up with several of our amazing clients (some of whom you’ll spot in the video!) and meeting so many new people doing great things in the construction and property world.

Massive thanks to everyone who came over for a chat, already looking forward to the next one!
