Some of the strongest adults you know…
are still carrying the pain of a misunderstood child.

You may look successful.
You may show up for everyone.
You may keep pushing forward.

But internally…
you may still be fighting battles that began years ago.

Inner child wounds often sound like:

“I can’t really trust anyone.” Or
“I have to stay in control.”

I was Guilty 🙋🏽‍♀️

These beliefs don’t just live in your thoughts —
they shape your relationships, your confidence, your boundaries, and your ability to feel safe being fully seen.

Inner child healing is not about blaming the past.
It is about understanding how your past shaped your survival patterns,

and choosing to heal so you can finally live from a place of freedom instead of fear.

Healing the younger version of you
transforms the adult you are becoming.

If you are ready to do the deeper work in a safe and supportive environment,
our Inner Child Healing Group may be the next step in your journey.

Group begins in April

What if you’re not ‘high functioning’… what if you’ve just gotten really good at masking?

Many of us were labeled strong, successful, or high functioning… but underneath we were masking.

Inner child work helps us understand where the mask started and how to reconnect with who we truly are.

Women’s Inner Child Healing Group
Tuesdays 12:00 PM -1:30 PM
Wednesdays 6:15 PM - 7:45 PM

I didn’t just survive 2025 ✨ I came out of it DANCING.
I learned to speak up, set boundaries, and protect my peace. I also learned that it’s okay to be YOU!!!! All of you without compromise.

The devil tried me over and over again and to be honest I ALMOST GAVE UP😩!!! But JOY won🙌🏾✨
.

This year showed me that I am exactly who I think I am, and I will never second-guess that again.

I chose to post this video today because being in this room, with girls I grew up with at @nekeydee wedding❤️ reminded me that joy doesn’t disappear, it waits for you to return to it.

What a beautiful reminder🥰.
.
So show UP when you are invited, and get back to community!!!! And Ladies LOVE on each other genuinely!!!!
.
There’s space for all of us to show up❤️.
.
I’m stepping into the new year lighter, louder in my happiness, intentional about my peace, and rooted in community that shows up, claps loud, and means it.
.
2026 is a special year for us ALL🥂✨💃🏽.
So let’s Dance into it👏🏾 #HappyNewYear

Hi Family 🧡💛💚

As a reminder, If you don’t heal your inner child before 2026, your emotional patterns will run your life again next year.

You don’t just wake up reactive.
You don’t just wake up anxious.
You don’t just wake up choosing the same toxic partners.

Those patterns come from the version of you who learned how to survive, not how to feel safe.

Inner-child wounds don’t disappear with age, they repeat themselves until you finally heal them.

This December, you deserve to enter 2026 emotionally lighter.

This E-Book is a great place to start!

We’ve partnered with Headway to make this process seamless , from scheduling to billing, so you can focus on your healing, not the paperwork.

💫 Currently Accepting:
Aetna
Cigna
Carelon Behavioral Health
Quest Behavioral Health

🕊️ Pending Approval:
( Medicaid, Tricare, Oscar (Optum), United (Optum), Oxford (Optum), United (Medicare Advantage & Optum), Humana (Medicare)

If you’ve received an email or text from Headway inviting you to set up your account, you’re already one step closer to starting your sessions.

🌿 Big news!

Elite Therapy is now credentialing with private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare making therapy more accessible for our community. 💚

This means more people can receive the care they need, without financial barriers.

We believe healing should be available to everyone, and this is one more step toward that mission.

Incase you haven’t checked in with your therapist in a while, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t check in with yourself.

Life gets busy, but your healing journey deserves consistency.

This is your gentle reminder to pause, breathe, and ask yourself: “How am I really doing?”

@elitetherapyla is always here to support you along your journey with NO judgment.
