I am honored to have been named a finalist for the 2026 Ruth & Ray Reister Award for Historical Contributions to the Humanities by the Minnesota Humanities Center.

As a fifth-generation Rondo native and community historian, I believe our stories are our legacy. Preserving our history is an act of love, justice, and hope for the future.

I am grateful for this recognition and inspired to continue sharing stories that educate, empower, and connect generations.

Welcome to @artstination

You can now find and purchase my art at this stunning gallery @ the Harbor.

The artists they house are so incredibly talented. It’s such an honor and pleasure to be on display here.

If you see my art, take a pic or video and tag me here. Much love, xoxo MADXpressions ✨

Next weekend, make some time to create with PGAHC!

We have three creative experiences happening September 26–27, with something for writers, adults looking to slow down and create, and families ready to make art together.

✨ Mindful Crafting: Taking Care of Your Mental Health Through Decoupage with Dr. Michaele C. Samuel
📝 Hyphenated No Hyphen: A Poetry Workshop with Poet Laureate Tatiana Figueroa Ramírez
🕰️ Album Clock Making with Artist Mary Faye Claggett

Swipe to explore each event, then visit the Events link in our bio for full details and registration.

Space is limited for select workshops, so reserve your spot early!
