Haven’t done a timed mile in a bit. I will take sub 8 as a win to start the day.

If you have a kettlebell and thirty minutes, you got this one in the bag. Go train ⚔️

Pretty cold this morning. If you have considered cold plunging, I would give it a try. There is probably science and stuff behind it but you are going to need to watch a podcast if that is what you are after. I just enjoy it and am glad I got back into it.

I love getting to make these posts about my failures. And not just because the graphic kind of cracks me up and I laugh at my own dad jokes.

Really though, you can try to hide from your shortcomings but eventually you will be exposed. Attack your weaknesses or they will attack you!

A buddy put up some serious numbers on this workout.

7 minutes each exercise for as many reps as possible
Pushups / Goblet Squats / Pull-ups - 1 minute rest between rounds

I managed 85 / 140 / 40. Clearly muscular endurance is something I need to work on.

Nothing wild here. Just a quick little run before work.

Quick hitting workout with my new Kettlebell.

If you haven’t caught on, I’m a huge fan of Kettlebell training. I think best to start light until you get the hang of things and slowly build your progress.

I’m just a dude who has tried a ton of different methods and plans for training. It’s my untrained and uneducated opinion that kettlebells will offer you the most return for your effort.
