Last week, my sweet friends threw me the most magical very early surprise birthday party (my bday is in August lol), and somehow managed to make it feel like the most beautiful little piece of my world come to life!

The table was filled with my creations as centerpieces, my hats were hanging in the trees, and my heart just about burst when I realized everyone had shown up wearing their Perna pieces. It honestly felt like a fashion show of my wildest dreams, seeing so many women I love walking in, glowing, twirling, and bringing each piece to life in their own way.

It was whimsical, colorful, joyful, and so full of love in every single detail.

What made the night so special was that it was not just a celebration of me. It was a celebration of the world we have created together. A world where color tells a story, where getting dressed can feel like magic, where women feel empowered to take up space, sparkle a little brighter, and rewrite the rules in their own beautiful way.

I am so grateful for the people who have believed in this dream, worn these pieces, celebrated the joy, and helped turn this colorful little vision into something so much bigger than clothing.

And because every truly perfect Perna moment needs a little unexpected chaos, @pineapplegroverunclub also happened to be there warming up outside, so our whimsical birthday fashion show came with a surprise audience of runners, which honestly made the whole thing even funnier and more perfect.

Thank you to everyone who made me feel so deeply loved. My heart is still floating💕
