happy national dance day. here’s a little snippet from a class i had earlier this year that i loved so much. dance is, to me, something i turn to when i need love or an answer. it’s one of those things that you build a bond with throughout your adolescent years, and you slowly start to fall in love with it year after year. i am so grateful to be in a place in my life where i still get to dance and where i still get to fall in love with it every single day. i’m hopeful that as i move into my professional theatre and dance career, that i love it just as much as i did when i was three, when @misssummer130 gave me my very first pair of tap shoes. after that, i never looked back. this art form has brought me so many opportunities in life that i couldn’t even imagine i could experience. there are too many people that have shaped me as a dancer to name, but all i say is thank you. so, dance a little today and remember why you love it!
