Let me tell you about Alice and Chris' wedding breakfast. After a high energy entrance including napkin (and guest) twirling, the bride and groom both did a speech and Alice revealed, with printed prop, the text she sent to her friends after her first date with Chris.

"GIRLS I don't want to jinx it but I genuinely think I met the man of my dreams yesterday. Please pray for me that this one works out. I've never wanted something to work out so much in my life. Xx"

Looks like one lucky girl got her wish!

They ended the wedding breakfast with a tiramisu tower and danced with each other while their guests played pass-the-parcel. So many memories made.

What a joyful day for Alice & Chris at The Kedleston Country House. Featuring super long arm veils (if that's what we're calling them), beautiful spring florals, custom Pokémon card favours, a tiramisu tower, pass the parcel, a surprise singing waiter, an apple pizza and a banging party.

And to top it all off they left me a lovely review:
"Emma is a tremendous photographer. She captured our special day perfectly and we are over the moon with the results. Not only is she a talented photographer, she is also a fantastic person! She really brings the energy, makes you feel really comfortable in front of the camera and is so fun to be around. We would highly recommend Doodah Photography for any event. We know we will be booking her again when we need a photographer!"

I had the absolute pleasure of attending Alice and Chris’ gorgeous wedding last month! As friends who met through our love of food blogging, I had to share it with you 😍😍

It was a wedding inspired by the couple’s travels around the world 🥹

From delicious tapas to thoughtful little details throughout the day (like a personalised Pokémon card!), the food was a perfect reflection of two people who share a love of travel, adventure and making memories together!

And how amazing is that tiramisu tower?!?!?

And another thing, I’ll literally never get over the fact that we met Alice and Chris through food blogging and now have a real life friendship where Matt and I got to celebrate their special day alongside them 🥹❤️. I feel very lucky 🫶 xx

SOFT CURL HALF UP HALF DOWN 🤎
-
A half up, half down style requires hair extensions
-
But why?
Hair extensions can make a half-up, half-down hairstyle look fuller and more polished ✨
-
Styles like curls, waves, braids, or twists hold better and look more defined when there’s more hair. Extensions give you flexibility to try more detailed looks.
-
Hope this helps when choosing a half up half down style? ❤️

“Chloe did my hair beautifully for my wedding day. She’s such a fun, positive and lovely lady who made me feel comfortable as soon as we met. She is so knowledgeable when it comes to all things hair and made sure to tailor my wedding hair to my hair type. I would highly recommend” 💗 - Alice
