Pro qualifier debut — 2nd place 🇨🇦🥈

Went in with the goal of having fun and earning a top 5, and walked away with more than I could’ve asked for. Grateful for the experience, but we’re just getting started.

Job’s not done yet. @audreyroy_ifbbpro and I have big plans. Stay tuned. 🔥

The true win this weekend was the display of dedication and support from my village. I’ve never felt so loved, and it’s a true testament to the people in my life. I’m unsure about a lot of things in my life, but my relationships are not one of those things. I owe them the world for the patience, space, and understanding I was provided time and time again. This weekend was one I’ll cherish for the rest of my life. The stage wasn’t the highlight, it was the little moments after and in between. ✨

The most rewarding part of what I do will always be the opportunity to train incredible athletes from every corner of the world as they are striving towards their goals. Whether that be their first show, a pro card, or the Olympia.
-
Knowing how much these athletes have sacrificed to reach the biggest stage in our sport makes every moment that much more meaningful. And having their coaches trust me to play even a small role in that journey, helping bring the absolute best version of their athletes to the stage, is something I’ll never take for granted.
-
It’s never about the recognition. It’s about the relationships, the trust, the shared passion, and being a small part of something these athletes have given their all to.
-
Forever grateful to be part of these moments ❤️

I can’t remember this last time I

• went to Pittsburgh, drank @ghostcoffeecollab

• Went to Garden Valley, & watched my primal toddlers devour an apple pie icecream

• Watched my son start preschool

• Camped in McCall w/ our trailer that my wife renovated❤️

• Shot with amazing local professionals📸 & captured the sweet mems of a wedding🎥

• Flew to Vegas🎰 saw the 🅾️lympia, took pics, got a job killer tattoo, ate with good company

ALL in ONE month… oh yeah- September🍁🍂
