ROGER that.

ROGER, the modern military bank, is a financial partner of MCON 2026. No overdraft, NSF or monthly account fees, access to pay up to four days early with eligible direct deposit, and real-person support when you need it.

Meet the team in person: Director Marcus Castilla, a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with over 25 years of service, and Growth Officer James Cunningham, an Army veteran on Saturday's Small Business, Big Impact panel (10:50 AM, Military Impact Summit).

Stop by the ROGER booth on the expo floor or meet Marcus at various events throughout the conference.

Congratulations to our Chairman, President, and CEO Jill Castilla on her 13th consecutive year of recognition on American Banker’s Most Powerful Women in Banking lists.

Jill’s leadership has made our single-location community bank a nationally recognized force in banking. From testifying before Congress to bringing Main Street’s perspective to the G20, she has earned a voice in the decisions shaping our industry while keeping Edmond at the center of her work.

Her ambition for this bank and this community challenges all of us to think bigger and deliver more. You can see the results in the entrepreneurs building businesses through Vault 405 and RiSE, the downtown brought together by Heard on Hurd, and the military families nationwide served through ROGER. As Citizens celebrates 125 years, Jill continues to expand what’s possible for our customers, our team, and our hometown.

We’re proud to see her recognized among the most outstanding leaders in banking and congratulate the exceptional women honored alongside her.

“It was the first time in history at the G20 that the private sector has been at the table.” -@jillcastilla

Jill Castilla joined Bloomberg Surveillance this morning to recap her experience at the G20 meetings. Learn what this means for community banks like ours! 🏦

Quick trip to NYC to join Bloomberg early this am!

Nothing compares to the Bloomberg experience. From the people to the facility to seemingly infinite snacks to the best hair and makeup crew to the Bloomberg terminal in front of you, it’s amazing. I was so honored to represent the nation’s thousands of local banks and discuss community banking, small biz, payments system modernization, & the G20. #2hourssleep #bankerhours

We recently helped ROGER Bank finish out their new office space in Edmond. These framed vintage uniforms are my favorite installation we did. I love how the modern acrylic shadow boxes paired with the old jackets and hats creates a clean and balanced display. 🇺🇸

What does it mean to build something that truly serves?

At Veteran Social Summit 2026, Jill Castilla will deliver “Built to Serve,” a keynote focused on mission-driven leadership, trust, innovation, and creating institutions that do more than talk about service.

As President & CEO of Citizens Bank of Edmond / ROGER Bank, Jill brings a powerful perspective on leading with purpose and building systems designed to support real people. In this session, she shares lessons from Citizens Bank of Edmond, a 125-year-old community bank, and ROGER, a digital bank created to better serve military families and veterans.

This session is for veterans, military spouses, entrepreneurs, business leaders, financial professionals, and anyone interested in meaningful innovation, community banking, and service-driven leadership.

Jill Castilla’s talk will broadcast September 9 at 10:00 AM Central Time (Chicago).
