Wie ein Urlaub in Italien
Carbonara al Limone 🍋

200g Spaghetti kochen
Vom Nudelwasser eine Tasse voll abschöpfen und beiseite stellen

Abrieb und Saft einer Bio Zitrone
2 Eigelb
50g Parmesan
1 Esslöffel Olivenöl
Pfeffer und Salz nach Geschmack
In einer Schüssel glatt rühren

Die Spaghetti zugeben
Gut vermengen

Das Nudelwasser bis zur gewünschten Cremigkeit zugeben

Mit frischen gehackten Kräutern bestreuen
z.B. Basilikum, Thymian, Petersilie, Rosmarin

So einfach in der Zubereitung und sooo lecker

Viel Spaß beim Nachmachen 🫶

At the end of September, I got married in Vermont to a Lord of the Rings themed wedding. With no wedding planner and essentially no paid help outside the caterers, I basically never would have gotten married at all without the help of our amazing friends and family. Every single thing, from the invites to the arch to the decor to the centerpieces TO THE BAR TO THE MUSIC AND MORE were created by us and our incredible invitees.

I would not have made it through that weekend without this support. By far the greatest part of getting married was seeing all these people who stood by us along the way gathered in one place, and being able to celebrate the shit out of our wedding day together. To everyone who attended, thank you so much for your presence and kindness, not just on the day of our marriage, but also across these past years.

I can now officially declare to Trevor, the Beren to my Luthien, that I would rather share one lifetime with him than face all the ages of this world alone. Thanks for facing the coming ages with me, and for helping me decide what to do with the time that is given to us.

I swear I’ve loved you for a thousand lifetimes, but somehow it’s only been 4 years. Any part of my life before you is remembered like a bad dream - a bad dream that I finally woke up from when we met. Your love is the only thing that keeps me sane most days. I never thought I would find a man that consistently makes me feel happy and loved, but you go far beyond that and make me feel cherished, prioritized, respected, safe…thrilled to be alive every day, with you.
