LAGREE x REFORMER We do both in our Magherafelt studio and we love both - but for very different reasons. Both are different methods and were not designed to do the same thing. Both are low impact and both use slow, controlled movements. Both are amazing movement methods and will help improve your overall strength, mobility, stability and balance. The difference? Pilates is low-intensity - Lagree is high intensity. Sure I know everyone is trying to make Reformer Pilates higher intensity & more like strength training by adding heavier weights but in reality, it comes nowhere close to Lagree in terms of intensity and challenge. You will already know that if you have tried both. You will only know that if you try Lagree - you don’t get to have an opinion and say ‘it’s just Pilates’ if you haven’t 🤷‍♀️ Lagree has much more focus on time under tension and endurance - it’s as much a mental workout as a physical one. It will make you sweat, shake and sore and you will feel and see the results. One is not better than the other - they are different and at Form we like to be different. We love that our Magherafelt crew have accepted the challenge and our Lagree classes are booked out but you are still getting in your Reformer sessions and enjoying the benefits of both 👌 We also love how our @base.lagree crew in Club 24 in Belfast are adding Lagree Micro to their gym sessions! 💪 Let’s lock in for Autumn / Winter and sweat, shake and stretch our way into 2027 🤩 #lagree #reformer #youcandoboth #lagreefitness

BUSY SUMMER AT FORM… We closed the Lisburn Road and crafted a new dedicated Lagree studio in Magherafelt. We launched the studio last weekend and classes have been booked and busy all week across and we are loving it as much as you 🔥 The Reformers moved downstairs in Magherafelt and the Microformers had a pop-up event in the Rabbit before moving to their new BASE in Belfast - @base.lagree in Club24 Fitness in St Anne’s Square - Form Magherafelt and Base Belfast are the only Lagree locations in Ireland…for now 👀 Dublin is launching soon with @performestudios and I can’t wait to visit! Throughout all the changes, the Form crew kept moving every day across Ballymena and Magherafelt. Summer is over and we are ready for the routine that Autumn / Winter invites but first… Now we’re done with the moves, our attention shifts firmly to bringing the Form vibes to our beautiful North Coast. I know we’ve been quiet but Mr Form has been working away in the space…and it’s going to be a special one 😍 Coming very soon… THANK YOU for all your support - we know there are Reformer studios popping up on every street corner but we know you know that Form does things differently and we will continue to focus on quality over aesthetics, training over volume and safety over numbers. Most importantly, we will keep bringing you kick ass classes and results - we bloody love you 🤍🩶🖤 Never been to Form - DM and let’s get you started… #form #findyourform #formcommunity #thankyou

From the beginning, I’ve wanted VOCÊ to be about more than grip socks. With a degree in Event Management, a love of bringing ideas to life and a passion for Pilates and movement, creating experiences that bring people together has naturally become a big part of the VOCÊ story. And now, with Inspira Pilates by VOCÊ, there’s even more to come! Here is a look back at some of the events we’ve created so far. 🩷 P’LATTES AT THE PRINTWORKS ☕️ A morning of movement, coffee and connection. PADEL & PILATES 🎾 We created Northern Ireland’s first Padel x Pilates event. Bringing two forms of movement together for a completely new experience. SUMMER SESSIONS WITH @studiose7en__ ☀️ A summer Pilates experience bringing movement, community and good energy together. REFORM & RESTORE: THE RED LIGHT EDITION Reformer Pilates x Red Light Pilates Bringing two Pilates experiences together for an evening of movement, wellness & recovery. SCULPT & GLOW ✨🚨 Lagree x Red Light Pilates Combining the intensity of Lagree with the recovery-focused benefits of red + near-infrared We’re excited to launch our next event very soon! Can you guess what it might be? 👀👀

Mum and Baby Lagree!! Tuesdays @form.lagree 10:30am a workout just for Mama (when they let you) to help rebuild your strength and remind you just how strong you already are! There’s just 2 weeks left before the summer break. Bring your baby and come on down. Hopefully your little one will chill or nap for a bit! If your baby is like these ones, we usually get to do core, leg and oblique blocks without them asking for much, but by the time we get to arms, they just want to be your weights 🤩 These mamas are getting stronger and stronger and it’s been a joy to watch them loving Lagree! Thank you for joining us for our first ever Mum and Baby Lagree on the whole island!! Exciting to see how our community grows 💪 💛 And hope to see you soon! Tuesday 30 June and 7 July 2026 #lagree #lagreefitness #lagreelove #mumandbaby #mumandbabyfitness

FORM MAGHERAFELT 🩶🤍 Reintroducing our hub for movement, strength and wellness in the heart of Mid-Ulster. We opened our doors in Magherafelt in October 2025 and I am so proud of the community of amazing clients and teachers we have built here. Most of you had never been on Reformer before we opened and watching you fall in love with this type of movement and progress week after week is the very reason I wanted to open a studio here. We have now added a new studio space below our Reformer studio, which has far-infrared heaters for heated Yoga, Pilates & Sculpt classes, a ballet barre and 8 Lagree Microformer machines - the only studio in Ireland offering Lagree Micro classes and we are excited to add more classes to this studio schedule. We have a team of expertly trained teachers who are here to support, challenge and cheer you on in every class. There is such a vibe in this studio - yes we work hard but there are a lot of laughs along with the sweats and shakes! Others can and do try to copy what we do - I’m glad we inspire you but you can’t copy energy and community - that has to be created, nurtured and authentic! 🫶 Magherafelt crew - thank for for showing up for yourself every week, for being up for trying anything and for being part of our Form family - we love you 🩶🤍 🎥 @ballentineproductions
