We are so excited to welcome Beginner Ceramics to our Fall Artisan Fair in just 10 days!!

Jesse Hamerman returned to ceramics after 21 years away to make joyful, meticulously crafted pieces after a long career in large scale art production.

And we are so happy he did, because these pieces are just so incredible.

Ceramicist Jesse Hamerman founded Beginner Ceramics with a simple philosophy: to stay curious. To approach clay with openness, playfulness, and a willingness to keep learning.

That spirit is evident in the Sand Whirling Ceramic Urn. Its looping handles feel almost as though they have been sketched around the vessel, creating movement while the form itself remains calm and balanced.

Expressive without feeling overstated. Sculptural without losing its warmth. A handmade memorial for someone whose personality deserves to be remembered with the same individuality.

Part of the Urn Studios US Collection.

A look back at Look Book 2026.

This year’s Look Book brought together more than 70 North American design studios, each offering a distinct perspective on material, craft, and contemporary living. Presented with media partner @dezeen , the showcase reflected the breadth of ideas shaping design today, from emerging voices to established practices.

At the center of the space, the Look Book Lounge, sponsored by @topjoblab , offered a place to meet, pause, and connect.

Stay tuned as we continue to feature the designers of Look Book 2026.

The brilliant @urnstudios has launched its first US Collection, bringing together independent American artists to create handmade memorial urns that combine contemporary design, sculpture, and skilled craftsmanship. The collection reimagines remembrance, offering families a more thoughtful and personal way to honour our loved ones in a way that feels true to who they were.

Here is a selection from the collection with the talented artists tagged.
