Feeling so grateful from all the support for the official Ribbon Cutting Celebration for HeartBloom!

Stewarding this space has felt like the biggest gift and to be able to share my essence through it and have it be received is just… 🥹

My dream is for this to be a place where people can tap into their true essence. To really feel it in their bodies.
These practices, tools, allies, and more have given me that and it is why I love to share them. 💖

Thank you to the @dunsmuirchamber for the sweet celebration! And to Shawn at @goldstitchshop for the beautifully carved wooden sign!
Thank you for The Roma Trio for blessing us with music :)
& thank you to @loveglowbody and @heycallmeviolet for teaching alongside me!

Yesterday Lisa Marie from @belovedgateway led session 2 of our Women’s Wellness series. In this session we assessed our current internal state (emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual) and external state (What are we creating? Who are we caretaking? What are our main responsibilities?). We also meditated on our web of support and the importance of community. Community helps our needs get met. 🧘‍♀️ 🌱 ✨

Mark your calendars for session 3 which will be happening in October 2025. More details to come. 😊

Yesterday was the first Women’s Wellness Workshop session led by Lisa Marie (@belovedgateway)! We began with connecting internally to figure out what we’re feeling in the moment. Then we did a body scan to pin point what sensations our body was experiencing in the present moment. Lastly, the group discussed the importance of having needs, communicating your needs, and how our needs change over the course of life. As Lisa Marie wisely said “humanity was designed for connection.” We are excited to continue our wellness journey series and hope you can join us! 😊 ✨

The next session will be on Thursday, April 22nd from 8-9:30 pm ET. Join the April session by tapping the link in our bio! 💕 #giveyourselfgrace #selfcompassion #community #womenswellness

“It’s our BIRTHRIGHT to have a relationship with plants.” ~ @belovedgateway

(Clip from tonight’s 13 Moons discussion on working with plants as allies). 🤍🌱🌖

In every ancient/traditional culture I’ve been exposed to, there’s a beautiful word for the energy of community we create by showing up for ourselves and one another…the energy created by gathering to offer ourselves time to reflect, drop into our bodies & LISTEN to the wisdom contained within.

I am feeling so grateful for these communities, spaces, relationships and webs of support I’ve been weaving with loving intention & for the sisters (and sometimes brothers)who sit beside me at the loom.

🌿We do plan to explore this particularly powerful and timely conversation further soon & open it to anyone interested. Who else feels curious about the topic of plant medicine & resourcing plants as allies?

What a treat to go visit my sister! 🫶🏼🥰 So so proud of her. This little area captured my heart with its warm, welcoming spirit and beautiful location. We had adventure, relaxation, mountain views, waterfalls, boats and beaches! 👌🏼AND the best freaking water I’ve ever tasted 🙌🏼💧

🪷Devotions, Day 37

How do we navigate the storm???

Footage from tonight’s online INTEGRATION session with dear friend & colleague @belovedgateway & our beautiful cohort. Tonight we talked about the recent SOLAR ACTIVITY and how our bodies are responding. We landed on choosing to become skillful at working with it and celebratory of the energy beaming in (and to tend to the physical symptoms with movement, meditation, nourishment, hydration & gratitude!) 🔥🐉

We gather weekly to discuss what’s going on in the collective, on our planet and in our physical bodies then together, tend to our integration needs with gentle movement, meditation and plant medicines of the earth (tonight lemon balm and mint came through to help 🌱). *Anyone can join~ 🔗 in Bio.

It was interesting to see how much MOVEMENT occurs within my meditation. Gotta keep the channels open so the information can come through! 💫 #solarflare #solarstorm #meditation #integration #leeharris

🪷Devotions, Day 16

*Footage: Being guided through energy Integrations by my friend & colleague Lisa of @belovedgateway who beamed down from Mt. Shasta tonight for our weekly online offering. *Link in Bio to join us!

“Om Mani Padme Hum” holds the power to transform the mind and soul. Chanting this mantra cultivates mindfulness, enabling one to focus on the present moment and let go of distractions. 👁️🪷

According to measurable frequencies~ our planet’s vibration is steadily increasing. I’m finding it easier to maintain homeostasis when I devote time to practices that calibrate my frequency to the Earth’s resonance. Ancient civilizations knew how to do this and while at various times throughout history, this technology has been forgotten, hidden and forbidden…we have access to it now.

We are living in a period of time prophesied by our ancestors. They left us with the wisdom to endure this transition.

Nature (bare feet on earth, water, sun) are all helpful first responders. Nourishment and hydration are essential. Beyond this~ moving the body and breathing with intention is extra helpful. Finding someone who has studied yoga, or qigong and can help you with some basic daily practices is highly recommended.

Here to help if you’re in need of assistance. Keep going & remember to rest. 🩵🌙
