Moncton!! Thank you. Everything is gonna be alright. I know it is. You really showed up for us last night. We won’t forget. Sorry it’s taken us so many years to come back. Hope we see you all again soon. @unfoldingcreativephoto

Just a couple favourite moments of life lately ✨ these are strange days we’re in collectively and still there is so much to be grateful for 🙏🏼 🍂 So much that is right here beneath our feet. 👣 what a gift it is to relish in the human emotion of being alive. The good, the bad, the ugly, the loving, the kind. The courage to keep going when things feel hard. To let life break you open softly and to trust in life’s benevolence.

I’m grateful for a fall that still feels like summer, adventure times with friends, endless bowls of shared tea, orca whales (!) , stars at night, sunlight dancing on skin I love, music, laughter, rose petal wishes made out of car windows, and reminders to smile everywhere I look. 🙂

The countdown is getting sooo close now! YOUTH has got to be one of my favourite songs from “If you know me, you know my Brother” But I like them all very much. Who’s excited for the album to come out on Friday??? @unfoldingcreativephoto video from Pender show.

I know this tour may seem unconventional.. especially when it comes to Traumatic Brain Injury rehab and recovery.. but after the last few shows.. the universe is reaffirming my decision to Cary on. Thank you to every single soul who came to see us. I hope this becomes a case study for alternative approaches to healing. Music is medicine. I know this now to be true. Sending so much love to everyone. See you soon eastern Canada. @unfoldingcreativephoto 📸

There really aren’t words.. somehow, together, we have cultivated such a beautiful spiritual place. One where vulnerability and reciprocal sharing of energy, makes a room feel like magic. You hold me. Thank you. @whitneylynn_ photos.
