I’m obsessed with Beyond Sushi 🫶 As a very strong fungi fanatic, I have to say theirs might be the best I’ve had

A classic, with a plant-based twist. 🍣

Our Fysh Foods plant-based salmon takes center stage in Beyond Sushi’s Philadelphia Roll, paired with creamy avocado, cream cheese, and cucumber.

One of the many ways Fysh is finding its place on restaurant menus. 🌱

While I was in New York, I stopped by Beyond Sushi on 37th St. I started with the Charred Avocado topped with black caviar. The caviar is actually made from tapioca. Then I went for the Spicy Ramen. Warm flavor, the broth has a nice kick to it. Exactly what I needed after walking around New York all day. Beyond Sushi is definitely a cool spot, it’s 100% plant-based so check it out if you’re in the NYC area.

Holy smokes 💨 this was the BEST vegan sushi I’ve had to date. After a super long day I wanted something quick and fulfilling. I entered “vegan food near me” and @beyondsushinyc popped up less than a 15 minute walk from my last meeting of the day.

I walked in the smell was very inviting and as I walked to sit the plates the servers were carrying was confirmation this is where I need to be…

EVERYTHING I ORDERED WAS 10/10 and that SPICY CRAB ROLL 🦀 🍣 AND THE UBE CHEESECAKE was soooooooo freaking delicious 😋

Sushi for lunch is even better when it’s part of the lunch special 😋

I had the salmon avocado roll and spicy tuna roll. Did not disappoint 🙌 Finished with a chocolate cake with hazelnut praline mousse 🤎

📍Beyond Sushi. The vegan options in NYC are nearly infinite, which stands in stark contrast to other cities (Miami)

It’s rare for me to find specialty vegan sushi rolls without my allergens or a modification, so I was happy to learn that the ones I wanted were good to go. Next time, extra soy sauce. And there will definitely be a next time.
