INCREASE YOUR CAPACITY TO HOLD MORE LIGHT ✨

Have you ever felt so much love, joy, or bliss that was so powerful, with so much intensity, that you could only hold that for a short time? Then you dropped back into your default set point?

The reason for this is that the cells in your body have receptor cells for certain frequencies and emotions, and if that does not feel comfortable or familiar, then you will return to the familiar set point (which also might not feel comfortable, such as depression or anxiety).

Even when the cells divide, they carry the old energetic imprint of that cell, which the new cell “takes on.”

I know this with 💯 certainty because, as an intuitive, I see people’s cells upgrade when they release/alchemize suppressed emotions, trauma, or toxins, etc. Then there is more life force and light in the cells.

We can consciously train ourselves to hold more light in our bodies, which has tremendous benefits, such as greater vitality, enhanced intuition, and overall well-being.

One thing is also important to mention. When we hold more joy, expansion, etc., the suppressed limitations can also come to the surface to be felt and alchemized so we can NATURALLY hold and embody higher frequencies/emotions and naturally become more of who we are… OUR TRUEST ESSENCE, without the conditioning or limitation.

𓂀 I’ve been guiding people on how to do this for decades now, and for me, this has been a FULL-BLOWN, NEXT-LEVEL TRAINING IN INCREASING my capacity to hold more light in my physical body and light body.

This is daily conscious work.

𓂀 Our next Egypt Soul Initiation is devoted to this process: expanding your capacity to embody more light and come back to your true divine essence in a grounded way.

It is a TRUE INITIATION with temple work, elixir ceremonies, sacred body awakenings, and Kemetic voice activations.

We have 2 spots open for those who are truly committed to upleveling their lives in a massive way and holding more light in their cells.

Comment EGYPT to explore joining the 6th Egypt Soul Initiation.

✨Egyptian Elixir Ceremony Reflections🪶🪽⚜️♾️🌱🌹

The message I received said “You Are The Medicine”
Your light survived the chapter you are leaving behind ✨

This was the clearest message I received during my Egyptian Elixir Ceremony my first plant medicine journey and a sacred birthday gift from my soul to itself wearing high vibrational rose fabric dress by @nomadicaclothing ✨🌹

I am deeply grateful for the wisdom, remembrance, healing, and awakening this experience moved through my body, heart, and spirit.

Thank you @gigi_codesoflight and every beautiful being I was honored to share this journey with. It was expansive, humbling, deeply transformative, and filled with lessons I am still integrating. Special thank you to @peaceful.power for the sacred music transmissions that elevated my soul into other dimensions, so beautiful🥰

The following day, I surrendered to the sacred waters of the ocean and the warmth of the sun. I sat quietly with all that had surfaced, trying to translate the language of my heart into words✍️

Then the message arrived: May we be water 🌊

As rain and thunder moved through the dome, I was reminded that not every storm comes to disrupt our lives. Some storms come to wash away what no longer belongs, soften what has become hardened, and clear the path ahead.

That is the work: releasing, remembering, healing, and returning home to ourselves.

Water has always held a deeper message for me. Having once nearly drowned, this ceremony brought me back to the memory of fear not to relive it, but to transform it. It stirred deep soul remembrance in Atlantis and invited me to heal my relationship with surrender, trust, and being held by the unknown.

I am learning to let the water teach me.

To flow without losing myself.

It is time to create the life of the woman I am becoming, rather than continuing to relive the life of the woman I once had to be.

Life is the ceremony, coming back to my Rose Lineage and ready to explore more of the Mystery School 🙏

What if your Saturday started by filling your own cup first? 🌅💧

Join us tomorrow morning for sunrise at 3rd Street Beach, then head over to Hanu Wellness Lounge for a little recovery and self-care.

Whether you’ve had a busy week, you’re feeling depleted from the Miami heat, recovering from workouts, traveling, or simply wanting to prioritize your health, we’ll be there offering:

💧 IV Hydration (starting at $125)
⚡️ B12 Shots (just $33)
✨ MIC + B12, NAD+, & Glutathione injections

One of the most common things I hear after someone gets their first B12 shot is, “I wish I had tried this sooner.”

Vitamin B12 is essential for converting the food you eat into usable energy and plays an important role in brain function, mood, nervous system health, red blood cell production, and healthy metabolism. While B12 doesn’t create energy out of nowhere, if your levels are low or your body isn’t absorbing enough, replenishing it can make a meaningful difference in how you feel.

And because injections bypass the digestive system, they’re an excellent option for people who may not absorb B12 efficiently from food or oral supplements.

Health is wealth. Your body carries you through every workout, every adventure, every celebration, and every dream. Investing in it isn’t just a luxury, it’s one of the best investments you can make.

🗓 Tomorrow
🌅 Sunrise at 3rd Street Beach
💧 Hanu Wellness Lounge | 9 AM–1 PM

Can’t make it tomorrow? RoseMed is also available at Hanu every Wednesday and Saturday by appointment.

Send me a DM or book through the link in my bio. I’d love to take care of you. 🦋

Another personal year gone by today! ♥️🎂

A year where I stood at the center of every possible timeline and path for the next phase of my becoming.

This year has been one for the ages — one of the most important of my life.

I met the depths of my deepest fears with both eyes open.

Faced some big lessons.

Found my heart and my essence, and pulled myself back up into the center of my own being.

I took my time.

I’m emerging more powerful than I’ve ever been into one of the most beautiful blooms of my life yet. 🌺

I asked the deep questions about home, and did the real, uncomfortable healing work around my own belonging.

I realized where my protectors were working overtime and keeping me from the love and friendships I desire, down to the seed.

I’ve felt the kind of grief that has worked me and softened me to the bone.

I’ve felt immense expansion, magic, sisterhood, brotherhood, love, friendship, support, and possibility. Timelines unfolding through portals of new connection.

I’ve grown, repaired, forgiven, been humbled, been grateful.

I took my soul on an extended three-month journey and let my spirit breathe.

I recharged and alchemized after years of pushing myself to my limits — and found my spirit anew, alive, refreshed, inspired.

I traveled for 3 months across many landscapes and was greeted by friends every step of the way.

I’ve reached new heights and new depths in my artistry, and I’m so excited for the music still to come. 🐆

I’ve strengthened my no so that it makes so much more room for my big YES.

My standards are high. I say no with more ease. I honor myself with grace. I can hold more complexity. I let things go more.

Life is so incredibly precious.
There is no time to waste.
It’s all a miracle!

I cherish every dear one in my life and my world, and I love you all so, so much. 🥹

Everything Hallelujah🌹

I am ready for the best year yet baby!

🎵 “I Am the One I Needed”

For years, I poured into my work and into transforming lives, holding space for women, children, men. But standing on that Becoming stage, looking into the eyes of all the women who gravitated to my authenticity, who believed in this work before they even saw the full picture, I felt it all. The gratitude. The tears. The joy. The freedom.
As I walked and touched the trees, in@the beautiful @calabotanicsanctuary I connected to it all, the thoughts of giving up just dissipated. Yes, there are moments every businesswoman faces. But when you never give up, a rush of satisfaction and purpose floods your veins, and you know there is something bigger living inside of you. A devotion larger than doubt. A fire that refuses to go out. In that moment, I knew: my purpose is alive. I am walking in my purpose. I am exactly who I was becoming, as they were becoming.
Let me be honest with you: when someone tells you their life is perfect, that’s a lie. When they say they’ve done all the work, that’s a lie too. Truth is something you live every day, and becoming is a daily thing, an up and a down, a breaking and a rebuilding. What I know is this: years of showing up authentically, in integrity, in raw and unfiltered truth, that changes everything.
It means choosing yourself even when it’s uncomfortable. Having the difficult conversations. Asking why you created what you created, and learning from it. It means treating others with love and grace, loving people even when you don’t speak to them. Choosing yourself anyway. That is the work.
If I died tomorrow, I’d know in my soul that I did my best. I’ve learned to love myself fiercely, to connect to the divine within me even in my anger, my sadness, my breaking points. I have a love affair with myself, and I remember: I am enough.
This is what happens when you stop looking outside and come home to yourself.

Thank you @24kcollective for your incredible talent!

If you’re ready to come home to yourself too, if you want to be part of the next Becoming, comment “WAITLIST26” below. ✨
