There are a lot of gyms closer to Erin than SIN.

In fact, she drives past plenty of them every week to get here.

After 300 sessions, I don’t think that’s really about the drive anymore.

It’s about finding a place where you feel like you belong.

Where you’ve built confidence, challenged yourself, met people who genuinely want to see you do well and become a better version of yourself.

That’s exactly what Erin has done over the last three years.

300 sessions later and she’s still making the drive. We don’t take that for granted. Well done Erin 👏♻️

Another sold out Cue Like a Pro workshop in Sydney. 💙

This workshop is one of the most important ones I teach because I genuinely don’t believe most Pilates instructors need more exercises.

They need to know how to teach the exercises they already know… better.

How to cue with more clarity.
How to make better decisions in the moment.
How to layer or regress an exercise without second guessing themselves.
How to teach a room full of different bodies and make every client feel successful.

That’s exactly what this workshop is about.

Over three hours, we unpacked the cueing framework I use for every exercise I teach. The same framework that helps me decide what to say, what to prioritise, when to progress, when to regress, and how to keep classes flowing while still coaching each individual in front of me.

A huge thank you to everyone who came today. I loved spending the afternoon with you all.

If you missed this workshop, join my mailing list for future Sydney workshops, or catch the virtual replay, which will be available soon.

This is Erin.

Every Sunday she told herself this week would be different.

A new plan. A new system. The same result.

Erin wasn’t lazy.

She was aiming for perfection, and failing before she even started.

That’s not a discipline problem. That’s an internal one.

Final spots for the Evolution Programme are open.

Deadline is today - Sunday 31st May.

Link in bio to apply.

how do you explain this feeling to someone that has never done Pilates before? ☁️

pov: you walked in with 100 problems and left with 0 🤎

50 minutes of pilates, deep breaths, and switching off from the outside world for a little while. a reminder that movement isn’t just about fitness, it’s about feeling better mentally too.

breathe in stress, breathe out calm ☁️✨

Pilates Instructor in Training 📚🌸

I just don’t know if I can put into words how transformative this weekend has been for me. I had a bit of an offload to ChatGPT and this is what it relayed back:

You’re not just talking about the industry… (that’s we’re actively trying to change)

You’re evolving your role within it. (Because I came into it feeling like I had no right to be there. No place I fit in)

* Pilates → connection, femininity, mind, body soul, expression
* Teaching → performance, presence, leadership
* Kids → play, energy, identity, impact

This isn’t random.

This is you moving from “fitness operator” → “movement leader for families.”

Anyway, this is loving proof - do hard things! Investigate that intrigue, that curiosity, you have no idea where you might go, but that’s the fun isn’t it?

Our very first SOLAR studio event 🌞 Today was something really special - we opened the doors and shared the space with the loveliest small group for an afternoon of movement, mindfulness, and connection.

From Pilates to breathwork and sound healing, to relaxed chats over matcha and nourishing treats… 💛 thank you so much to all who joined us!

This was just the beginning. So much more to come, and we can’t wait to grow the SOLAR community with you. Matchas by @fifteen.fifty.one

I have been #moving lately, in a lot of ways. The last month has been so chaotic but so full of life.
@solar.studio.glasgow opened near my house and I have loved getting into reformer Pilates. Furthermore, the weather has been nice enough to go for runs and I will always love weight lifting. I even won a raffle to try out @anniesonthecourt and @thecourtpadel to attempt pickleball for the first time.
I also had the opportunity to travel to both Athens, Greece and Isle of Skye, Scotland so I have been doing some light but long hikes. Isle of Skye had several opportunities for some cold but magical swims.

Like I said- lots of movement lately, but gearing up for exams it has all felt like a blessing
