BOM means “spring” in Korean, carrying a theme of freshness into the restaurant. Order your meats through the tablet, then head to the open fridge for vegetables, noodles, frozen shrimp and other hotpot add-ons. Their Fresh Market advertises over 40 selections! 🥘 PICK YOUR BROTH Everyone gets their own pot, with SEVEN soup bases to choose from. Included at no extra charge: • Vegetable • Anchovy • Korean Soy An additional $2: • Beef Doenjang • Ginseng Chicken • Pork Kimchi 🌶️ • Tteokbokki Mala 🌶️🌶️ Let your server know your broth choice, then build your pot with beef brisket, beef top sirloin, pork collar, lamb shoulder and more. You can also put together your own dipping sauce. 🍣 SUSHI & SASHIMI Order through the tablet from a selection of rolls, pressed sushi, nigiri and hand cones. ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT Hot Pot AND Sushi starting at $39.99 per person! 📍 BOM — 9929 109 St, Edmonton Weekdays: $39.99 per person Weekends: $42.99 per person BOM is a newly opened all-you-can-eat hot pot and sushi restaurant in Edmonton, where you can enjoy unlimited hot pot, sashimi, sushi rolls, nigiri, and more! For Hot Pot: 4 included soup bases to choose from. I recommend the Anchovy Broth! 6 different meats to choose from Open buffet station with tons of additional ingredients For Sushi: Unlimited sashimi, sushi rolls, and nigiri My favourites were the Salmon Sashimi, Surf Clam, and Pressed Salmon! I also really enjoyed their scallop options, although these cost an additional $2 per piece. They also have Green Tea Ice Cream for dessert! Overall, if you’re craving both hot pot and sushi, I think BOM is a pretty good option! Considering the variety and everything you get, I’d say the price is quite fair. Order the raw meats, sushi and sashimi plus drinks on the tablet. They have all you can drink soft drinks 🥤 at self serve! 🍣 It’s unlimited sashimi including red and white tuna, salmon, the scallops are good! ($2) and they have variety of makis and cones to choose from. I preferred the red tuna over salmon here and it’s unlimited!! Buffet: seafood (shrimp and mussels), veggies, hotpot items like balls and fishcakes, noodles (must get the bouncy spinach noodles), and hot items like dumplings, japchae, wings etc. 🍵🍦My fave part was the matcha icecream soft serve was really good!!
