POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Julia Skinner @bookishjulia is back on AnthroDish this week to talk about her brilliant new book, Essential Food Preserving! We explore the ways that people with limited kitchen space or budget can integrate food preservation into their routines, why practices such as canning fell out of favour after WWII, and why we need to stop thinking about food preservation as a doomsday bunker strategy, but rather a practice of community. Listen wherever you get your podcasts!

My next writing workshop, Bloom, helps you build a lifelong, sustainable, creative practice that makes dreams a reality and makes writing a joy again.

I hear almost weekly from folks who YEARS later are still are feeling the effects of the work we do together in this space, and I want that for you, too.

Use the code CREATE for 20% off early pricing, or comment below and I'll send you an extra special code for an even bigger discount!

Good news! My friends @storeypub and I have been working hard to build out ready-made book events, so you can have a food preserving demo ready to go even if you can't afford to have me there in person.

For folks who order enough copies, I'll also jump on a Zoom author Q&A with you and your group (perfect for bookstores, libraries, and book clubs).

DM me if you're interested!

Learning energy work will break your entire world open. You will not be the same person you were before you started.

And if you're willing to expand your capacity for everything life throws your way (pleasure, but also discomfort!), a life lived in relationship to energy will completely shift what you even imagine to be possible right now.

Join me for Reiki I training: Entirely online, running through the month of November.

Early pricing is available for another week. Come join us!

You are working with energy already, every day, whether or not you realize it.

What if that relationship became intentional?

What if you allowed yourself to move into deeper alignment with yourself, and the world you're helping to usher in to the present moment?

And what if that alignment became a priority?

If energetics as relational and reciprocal, rather than transactional, speak to you...there are two ways to start this journey with me:

✨Monthly energy work: Sign up once, and I'll do the rest, giving you consistent energetic support behind the scenes every month, and sending you updates about what comes through so you can listen to the energy and learn from its wisdom.

✨Reiki I training: Our theme this year is 'coming home to yourself,' and together we'll not only learn Reiki, we'll learn how Reiki helps us deepen intimacy and knowing with our own selves.

Online this November.

DM me to join one, or both.
