Week 1 - LA Marathon Prep.

Feeling fresh of course & feeling grateful for these fall days! Good eats, new workout style & of course some great company. Coach Mark really setting the tone here early with a 60km week & 6 training days, but we both know that this is what it takes to achieve this goal. I want the best version of myself toeing that line in Los Angeles & we have 21 more weeks to get there & I couldn’t be more excited. Let’s go!!

7 months ago, we embarked on a mission to create a space for others that running created for us. And it has exceeded our expectations.

We can’t thank all of you enough!! What has been brought to life is simply because of YOU. Something larger than running.

As we wrap up our first season of Continuum, we just wanted to say thank you.

What started as an idea between friends became a community because of every person who showed up, brought a friend, introduced themselves to someone new, and helped make Wednesday nights something to look forward to.

To celebrate an incredible season, we’re hosting our Season Closer on Wednesday, September 30 starting at 5pm. We’ll have a 5km run, giveaways, a DJ, yard games, and a few surprises along the way.

This is our way of giving back and celebrating everything we’ve built together before we head into the winter months.

Whether you’ve been here since week one or you’re seeing us for the first time, we’d love to see you there. RSVP IN BIO.
