POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Walk into a college weight room or a pro performance staff and you’ll find three things: timing gates, force plates, and a platform holding every athlete’s data.

That’s not a coincidence. It’s how programs at that level make decisions — and it’s exactly what we built in Loomis.

OVR laser timing gates. Every sprint timed to the thousandth of a second, with splits that separate acceleration from top speed. OVR’s own line: “1,000 measurements per second so you never miss a PR.” A stopwatch measures a coach’s thumb. A laser doesn’t.

Hawkin Dynamics force plates. 17,000 organizations. 19 million tests. 160 published studies. Jump height tells you what happened — the plate tells you how, and which leg isn’t carrying its share. That’s how return-to-play stops being a feeling and becomes a number.

Lumin Sports. Every set, rep and load programmed, assigned and stored. Your history builds on itself, you see your own results in the app, and daily check-ins on sleep and soreness flag an athlete who’s cooked before it turns into an injury.

Here’s what that actually means for your athlete: when they walk into a college camp or a combine and get put on a plate or run through a gate, it won’t be the first time. They’ll already know their numbers — and so will the coach recruiting them.

Most gyms sell you a workout. We measure whether it worked.

Swipe through for what each system does, in the manufacturers’ own words.

@delorobaseball varsity has been in the building. 🔥 Early mornings. Two months of showing up at sunrise, chasing every rep, refusing to cut corners. THIS is what it looks like to truly get after it. Big things are coming this season and we’ve got a front-row seat to the grind. Just wait. 👀

Want your team to train in here? Comment or DM ‘TEAM’ and let’s get after it. 💪

“I want to have the lowest heart rate in the room.”

This whole clip is absolute money from @blakeburnardcoaching

When I’m stressed or anxious about my business, I try and reflect on how far EAD has come in the first few years.

Then I think, “Imagine how far it can go in 5, 10, 15 years if you just keep building? If you keep showing up each day, whether you feel like things are good or bad?”

There is no linear path to success. No guarantee that everyday will be great. The only guarantee is that if you want long-term success, you have to keep showing up.

Day after day. Month after month. Year after year.

Check out the full episode with @blakeburnardcoaching, @lead.blair, @chase_chapman15, and @brandon_corrasa for an incredible talk on business, leadership, and faith.
