Our @fightingeel x @kapiolanimedicalcenter collection goes live at 9am HT today online and 10am in stores. I am so proud of this labor of love, which raises much needed $$ to support patients here in Hawai‘i.

This is a perfect example of *not* pinkwashing, with 100% of proceeds going to a good cause.

Thank you to the team at Fighting Eel for inviting local patients to bring this campaign to life. From inputting on designs to having patients model, it’s clear that this effort comes from the heart 💓.

It’s always nerve wracking being in front of the camera, but doing it alongside my breasties made it so much fun!

“You are a match for your mountain.” — Brianna, Triple Negative Breast Cancer Survivor 💖

Diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer at age 30, Brianna leaned heavily on this mantra to ground her—not just during active treatment, but throughout the ongoing journey of survivorship. Moving on isn’t as simple as finishing care when you have decades ahead with a cancer history, and holding onto this reminder has helped her navigate the complex physical and emotional road beyond diagnosis.

Brianna places her full trust in her team at @hawaiipacifichealth, sharing: “Any question or concern I had during treatment was taken seriously... This year, we’ve designed another beautiful collection of limited-edition tees, cozy sweaters, and introducing new accessories to the collaboration, our Brooke Cooler Lunch Bag and our ever so popular Mori Tote. 100% of the proceeds will benefit the @kapiolanimedicalcenter and the Martha B. The quality of your Pilates practice starts with the education behind your instructor.

At Pilates O Ka Lā, every instructor on our team is comprehensively certified with a minimum of 450 hours of Pilates training, with many completing significantly more.

That means training across the full Pilates system—from the Reformer and Cadillac to the Wunda Chair, barrels, Arm Chair, Mat and more.

But 450 hours is our minimum, not our finish line.

Our instructors continually invest in continuing education, with many studying through Vintage Pilates to deepen their understanding of the Classical Pilates method and continue growing as teachers.

Because your instructor isn’t simply leading you through exercises. They’re watching how you move, making adjustments, choosing the right apparatus and progressions, and helping you build strength, control and confidence over time.
