It’s hard to believe the thing that once felt so big and intimidating is now the sport I’m saying goodbye to. Somewhere between my first nervous recital and my last bow as a senior, dance became more than just an activity, it became home.
I walked into the studio/gym and found more than a team… I found a family. Dance gave me confidence, friendships, and memories I’ll carry with me forever. From early mornings to late practices and competitions, every moment meant more because I got to spend it with my favorite people.
To my teammates, thank you for always supporting and pushing me and for turning the stressful days into the best ones. To my coaches, @abcoachstefanie @brennen_maniaci and Ms Suzette, thank you for believing in me and helping me grow not just as a dancer, but as a person.
Being a senior is bittersweet. I’m so proud of everything we accomplished together, and I’ll miss this more than I can put into words. A part of me will always be on that floor with you 🤍
