Three years ago, we plugged in our first community fridge on East Ferry St. Since then, we've witnessed the incredible strength of our community as we've united to support our neighbors, combat food insecurity, and reduce food waste throughout the City of Buffalo.

Our dedicated team of lead organizers, volunteers, and community members work tirelessly to ensure our fridges remain clean, accessible, and stocked with food—24/7. But we need extra hands, resources, and contributions to keep us going. Get involved today at the link in bio!

Buffalo, we love you! Stay safe, and remember: Take what you need, leave what you don't. ✌️❤️🥦

Coming up on the 1 year anniversary of the tragic racially motivated attacks on the East Side of Buffalo, we wanted to hold a community event to help to spread love to our neighbors. To celebrate the lives of our neighbors lost, share in the opportunity to grieve, comfort and continue to spread kindness and love.

This event is a first come, first serve event where we will be revealing our Community Fridge location inside of the Frank Merriweather Jr. Public Library on Jefferson Ave. Additionally, we will be passing out fresh produce bags, nonperishable items and other items for those in need.

As always thank you to our community partners that always support us:
Buffalo Public Library
Buffalo Community Fridges
Vision Consulting
James Desiderio’s

We couldn’t do this without you!

Please call if you have any questions 716-602-9952.

See you there and until then
Stay Kind and Stay Rooted in Love ❤️

So last month we were lucky enough to host Girl Scout Troops 30657 and 30819 to help them achieve their entrepreneurial badges! They learned about why we went started and also helped us pack coffee bags for the community fridges and later restock them!

What better way to spend March and keep the vibe of Women’s Day by inviting @girlscoutswny to sell cookies this weekend in the shop! Come by this weekend as we host troop 30156 on Saturday from 1p-4p, and troops 30657 & 30819 on Sunday from noon- 3p!!

We’ll be setting up the tables and expect to see our UC fam come out and celebrate these amazing women and their parents!

Check out our event calendar for future dates as well! See you all and stay unapologetic ☕️ 🍪 ✌🏾
