Thank you to everyone who showed up, pushed through the workout, danced, laughed, supported our local vendors, and brought such good energy to the day.

And most importantly, thank you to everyone who donated; from our members, new guests to our incredible vendors who either contributed with products and services or donated a percentage of their sales… everyone pitch in and help the cause 🙌🏽🙏🏽

Your contributions made a real difference and together we were able to raise a total of $900 that we will be donating to @globalempowermentmission to support families affected by the earthquakes in Venezuela and Colombia ❤️‍🩹

A year ago, this was just an idea, a vision, and a dream. Today, we look around and see a community full of people who believe in it, support it, and most importantly, show up for it.

Thank you guys for making this possible. Thank you for trusting us, for giving yourselves the time not only on this special afternoon, but every single morning you choose to wake up early, challenge yourselves, push your limits, and become a better version of yourselves. Every mile, every early alarm, every new face, every friendship, and every memory has helped build what FXBH is today.

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported my very first Heatwave event. Seeing the community come together to train, connect, and have a great time meant more than I can put into words.

A huge thank you to all of our incredible vendors for bringing your products, your passion, and your time. Your hard work helped make this event something truly special, and I’m grateful you believed in the vision.

This was only the beginning. The first of many. We’re already working on making the next one even bigger and better.

I’m excited to announce that our next event will be in partnership with a podcast and including some Pilates Podcast on August 9th. Stay tuned for all the details—you won’t want to miss this one.
