I’m delighted to announce that Harp from @therub_bbq will be joining us at the next #Plated event at @rest_ember in Wellingborough on Monday 9th November.

Harp will be getting creative over live fire, bringing together incredible flavours, textures and that unmistakable Rubbed magic to serve up some seriously exciting dishes.
We’re so happy to welcome you back, Harp. The team can’t wait to see what you have in store.

There’s still room for one more chef, as well as suppliers and networkers who’d like to join us for a day of great food, fresh connections and plenty of inspiration.
Fancy being part of it? Get in touch at Majella@pavlovaandcream.com or send me a DM.

We’d love to welcome you. 🍽️

It’s that time of year again 🍂🐓🥓

Easy carvers have been flying out the cabinet over the weekend. Boneless chicks, the OG sausagemeat, lashings of streaky & the last of the blossoming rosemary 🤌

All the work that goes into rearing this incredible pedigree Sussex beef @claygatefarms

The magic of seeing the whole process from farm to fork and preparing this, I have worked with some incredible beef in the past but this is really special @block.butchery

When bacon looks this good, using our rare breed pigs these being large blacks and Oxford and sandy blacks.

Curing, smoking and now drying meaning no shrinkage when cooking and no white liquid.

Incredibly tasty fat with salty and Smokey meat
