POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

As we look toward the future of Nigerian real estate, how do we build structures that feel globally competitive but deeply rooted in our identity?

Design is deeper than aesthetics, it’s an archive of our culture. Let’s talk about shifting the baseline standard for new builds and creating spaces that truly reflect who we are.

The construction phase defines the boundaries and gets the structure right while styling is what gives the space a soul🌷

Interior styling isn’t just about making things look pretty, it’s an essential design layer that:
- Adds human warmth
- Visual balance and
- Personality
… to the interior space.

Enjoy this little sneak peek of this project taking shape!

Stay tuned and follow @hellospaced so you don’t miss the final reveal!🎊

…TBH you’ll likely find me on site on most days. My team and I have spent the past few months working hard to bring this particular project to life.

We’re finally wrapping things up and honestly? It’s been fulfilling🥹

Today, among other things, I’m taking some time to personally set up all the beds, starting with this one in the primary bedroom

Consider this a little behind-the-scenes look into the process and you should definitely follow our work page @hellospaced to see the full designs come together!

IDK should I share more BTS from our site days?

Sometimes, the best thing you can do is just move slowly and breathe💨

We get so caught up chasing answers. We ask ourselves if we are doing enough, or if the uncertainty will ever fade. But the truth is, having all the answers wouldn’t change much.

Out here in the quiet, my body reminds me of the truth. Maybe the whole point isn’t to figure it all out (honestly, I don’t think anyone ever will anyway).

So maybe the point is just to be here. To live with grace and gratitude. To exist in this exact moment, fully present.

…and maybe you should too🤍

Ever wonder why a gorgeous design you saw online doesn’t look the same in your own space?

It comes down to how a space actually functions, its architectural flow and your individual identity

In this video we talk about what we tell clients who ask us to replicate previous work and how we approach creating a space that speaks your exact language!

We are so proud to see our “Industrial Playground” philosophy featured on @essentialinteriors

In a landscape where luxury is often defined as “shiny and soft,” we believe Nigeria is ready for a different perspective. Our work at Xclusive in Lagos serves as a working argument for this shift - taking the “grit” from the streets and transforming it into glamour through raw, honest and high-performance design.

In conversation with the @essentialinteriors team, we unpacked our design language and how we used tactile, industrial textures to redefine the retail experience. The feature dives deep into our philosophy and the collaborative leadership behind SPACED.

There is so much more to the story than what meets the eye✨

✨A massive thank you to the incredible team at Spaced who worked tirelessly to bring this vision to life. This feature belongs to all of us 🫂✨

We are wrapping up the civil works on this project. This is the “messy” stage but it’s one of the most important!

The intentional structural detailing during this phase is what paves the way for all the premium finishes and furnishings to truly shine✨

Phase 2 is up next and the transformation will be incredible!🤭

Stay tuned for the final look and follow us @hellospaced for more✨
