POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The UFC used to win by making the best fight the best.

Now it’s owned by TKO Group Holdings and the money is guaranteed.

That’s why you’re not seeing Jon Jones or Conor McGregor on the White House card.

Am I wrong? You know fans see this too?

Hot take after UFC 326 🎙️🔥

The BMF belt was a footnote in its own title fight.

Charles Oliveira vs Max Holloway wasn’t really about that belt.

It was two legendary former champions.
Ranked #3 and #4 in the world.
Fighting to get back on top of the mountain.

The BMF belt felt like a marketing prop.

The real stakes were much bigger.

And “Do Bronx” may have just punched his ticket to a red panty night with Conor McGregor at International Fight Week.

That payday.
That ranking jump.
That path back to the title.

All meant more than the BMF belt.

Am I wrong?

Strength Begins With Self-Mastery

If you want to grow, you need challenges.
If you want discipline, you need pressure.
And if you want to become stronger — you must face yourself first.

That’s why martial arts change men.
Not because of punches or kicks…
but because every training session forces you to confront the only real opponent:
your own mind.

Look at Anderson Silva —
a reminder that greatness is built in silence, in consistency, in showing up when no one is watching.

So remember:
No excuses. No hiding. No shortcuts.
You become powerful when you decide to take control of your life.

🔥 Your turn:
Comment one thing you’ll improve starting today.
Just one. Write it. Own it.

My keys to the game with my guy @alexdonnomiami before the game @lockedoncanee

That interception was more of a fumble, the penalties have been awful and the discipline on D has been terrible.

Still, this game is in hand.

Check out my LIVE POSTCAST right after the game
