That’s the standard we’re bringing back to the Treasure Coast on December 12.

We’re closing out 2026 the only way we know how — with loaded barbells, big lifts, and an atmosphere worthy of the athletes stepping onto the platform. The lights. The platform. The competition. The atmosphere: Every detail matters when athletes have spent months preparing for those six attempts - And that’s exactly why we’re putting everything we have into making the 2026 Treasure Coast Holiday Classic an experience worth training for.

From first-time lifters to seasoned competitors, we’re setting the stage for one of the biggest days of the year in Florida weightlifting. The 2026 Treasure Coast Holiday Classic is bringing the energy of a national-level competition right here to South Florida.

Grateful to have had some of the best coaches and mentors growing up. They helped shape who I am today.

Also grateful that I still get to learn from some of the best coaches and mentors that I have the privilege to be around.

I guess that’s part of why I became a coach: to have the opportunity to help others through their own journey, just like others did for me.

Full circle.

Happy National Coaches Day!

redirection is usually the biggest blessing. having to pass on international competition never will come easy. it’s been a great year of big lifts, I qualified for my 6th international team, medaled at my first senior nationals. I look forward to continuing this journey, and that starts with some rest for now, then getting back to training my ass off. getting to compete internationally is the greatest honor ive ever received and im looking forward to the next time i get too. And as always, im so thankful for my coach, teammates, friends, and family - especially my mom.

onward & upward 🖤

Despite my struggles from before, I persevered. I’m happy to have finally broken that stagnant area I was once in for a year and a half and I’m ready to see what the future holds for me. AND, I’m sorry to Coach Danny for scaring him like that LOL
