@chase130101 at last weekend’s @capcityopen at @petworthfitness.

“What an amazing event for my for my first meet ever! Had no expectations but ended up PR’ing my clean and jerk and total, so I’m definitely happy with the result. Went as well as it possibly could have for me. Ended up qualifying for AO2 as well.”

Savage Elegance.

The @capcityopen was an amazing comp all the way around but the Ladies may have stole the show with their emotion and ability to lock in.

Appreciate the opportunity to document these amazing athletes.

A great day with @dcweightlifting at @petworthfitness introducing folks to the great sport of Olympic Lifting through DCW’s weightlifting seminar series. Such a technical yet elegant sport of precision and movement.

Look forward to joining both @dcweightlifting and @dmvweightlifting back here next April for the @capcityopen ❤️

This one meant a lot.
Less than 5 months ago, spine surgery was a *very* real possibility. But here we are! Building back has been a process, and we ain’t done yet.
Ready to put in the work and excited to see what’s next. Giddy up! 🤠

Beyond grateful for the best support system in all the land.

Special thanks to @christymclefac1987 for the programming, coaching, PT, and calming presence. And @sobici for the card running and reminders that I’m a bad bitch.

@pnxy and @dc_barbellclub at last Sunday’s @capcityopen

The bond between a coach and athlete in Olympic weightlifting is something unique—built on trust, focus, and countless hours of training. It was a privilege to follow these two throughout Sunday’s competition and watch that connection shine on the platform.

Athlete packages are in the works. 😊
