Swipe right for the flashback…
Looking back to 2016 when I started my Pilates training. While I was still dancing, it took me a while to finish the full comprehensive studio training, but the journey started back then, on the mat. Wherever I was in the world, I could always come back to my mat, deepening the Pilates learnings.

Grateful for the many hours of wisdom of Kelly @corpus_studios, which was the absolute best education, and the many many hours I’ve put in myself. The trust and support from Inge @pure.pilates.grobbendonk thanks to whom I started this Pilates journey.

To many more years of continued exploration of the body, the mind, the self.

First clip is inspired from a post from @chazknightpilates when I was getting stronger again after the cervical hernia discovery and the second clip is back in 2016 while I was doing all my practice hours.

Terugblik op de start van mijn Pilates pad, met de eerste mat opleidingen in 2016 💜
