That's right, for our NINTH Headroom party "The Maxx" we'll be doing 90s vibes, music, style, and a set of new cocktails inspired by the flavours of our youth...

No cover or tickets required. 6pm until late at 179 East Pender Street. 90s attire is not required but is definitely encouraged!

🐌 PORCINI ESCARGOT BEIGNETS* jicama slaw, foie gras snow & mustard greens - tasted like croquettes. that foie gras snow, rather interesting!
🥩 BEEF HEART TARTARE* cooked medium rare. grilled cheese, blue cheese, horseradish aioli & cured egg yolks, which is grated after they dehydrated it.
🥩 BONE MARROW* pickled shiitake, porcini dust, chicken cracklin' - can't resist a marrow whenever we see them on menus, especially when you're at a restaurant with the name it in! got on cognac luge after & soaked up all the juicy goodness! 😂
💥 CHICKEN FRIED QUAIL* dirty foie potato salad, baby corn, foie gras jus, frisée
🐑 BRAISED LAMB NECK* tomato potato "risotto", anchovy breadcrumbs & castelvetrano gremolata remoulade - meat so tender. veggies "risotto" lightens up the dish.

🍸 BENT, NOT BROKEN* @tanqueraygin, vodka, lemon lillet blanc, charred rosemary olive oil that's dipped on tableside - loved this.
🥃 INVERSE BOILERMAKER* @bulleit bourbon, IPA reduction syrup, bitters blend - this #whiskeygirl approves.
🌵 CACTUS COOLER* gin, green chartreuse, lime, prickly pear-mint shrub & soda - like a boozy mojito, none of that sugary levels 😂
