A preview of one of our exclusive dishes for our upcoming collab with our friends @yeobodarlingrestaurant !
Entirely vegetarian - a golden beetroot kheema served alongside a jalapeño and mango sauce.
We’ve taken great lengths and creativity to make something that represents our Californian inspired cuisine, creating noodle strands from beets and wrapping it around a minced beet filling.

Final tables available to book on @opentable !

Our hearth touches as many items on our menu INCLUDING dessert!

Pineapple is grilled and glazed with jaggery syrup. Served alongside an Indian milk cake ice cream.

A highlight and absolute pull for anyone interested in our vegetarian sigdi menu is our paneer kebab!
Our paneer is custom made with a local vendor where we marinate it in our signature Eylan blend.
From there, our team grills it on the hearth and serves it on a bed of our Zaffran sesame seed gravy.

You’ll wish you could order this ala carte! 🤤

The chicken at Camphor in DTLA completely blew my mind this trip to Los Angeles. Chefs Max Boonthanakit and Lijo George turned a simple dish into a total masterpiece. perfectly shaped cylinder of chicken with flawlessly thin, crispy skin, stuffed with a rich truffled mushroom and Kerala masala mousse. Soaked in a lovely garlic-thyme jus, it is remarkably juicy and easily one of the best dishes I’ve had this year. Honestly, every single dish here was so incredible that they all deserve their own individual post. 🍽️✨ #bodbodliveslosangeles #camphorla #losangelesfood
