Name a better comfort food than a steaming hot plate of Chicken Maggi... I will wait.

This is my absolute favorite hidden gem in Chennai for when the noodle cravings hit hard. It is perfectly spicy, incredibly flavorful, and packed with juicy chicken.

Inspired by @chefkla - We did them slightly different but oh so good. Super easy to make and we will definitely be making these again.
For the meat mixture:
1 Ib ground chicken
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped parsley
3 or 4 TB mojito lime seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

For the shells:
6 small flour taco shells
Butter
1/2 cup grated parmesan

Mix together:
Shredded lettuce
Your favorite ceasar dressing
Pepper to taste

Cook chicken side down for about 3-4 mins (until fully cooked)
Cook Parmesan side for about 1-2 mins (until nice and crispy)

Now add the lettuce mixture and it’s ready to eat 😋
Enjoy! #smashedtacos #chickentacos #tacos #easydinnerideas

@chefkla showed us just how creative you can get with @gimmeseaweed Using the Gimme lineup, she created delicious bites and showed guests how to bring these products into their own cooking.. We loved setting the scene for her to work her magic!

Thank you, @gimmeseaweed and @chefkla , for trusting us to set the scene. So crispy, so umami, so much fun!

Making @chefkla ‘s oatmeal recipe🥣 10/10

@chefkla recipe:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup rolled oats (I just used instant oats cause that’s all I had)
2 cups milk of choice or water (I used 1 cup milk and 1 cup water)
3 tbsp brown sugar or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder

Melt the butter
Toast the oatmeal in the butter for 5 mins
Add the cinnamon powder and toast for another few minutes

Add the milk or water, your sugar and vanilla

Cook until the oatmeal thickens

Serve with some milk on top
